Manchester United vs. Chelsea

Thing is, are we gonna play Hernandez and lose the extra man in midfield (I know Rooney drops deep but he's not a midfielder) and go for the win, or play a three man midfield and go for a draw?

This is a really annoying simplification that has little factual basis.

Win: we've virtually won the league

Draw: still in our hands, 4 points needed from remaining two games.

Lose: Chelsea go top by a marginal GD. Still could go either way, but I would back them for the title should they go top.

I had a dream last night that Torres scored in the match. Don't ask me what the score was because I couldn't tell you, all I remember is that Torres scored and they were all celebrating like crazy :nervous:

Win the league on goal difference.

Not a hope i reckon. If we lose against Chelsea our goal difference will be at least 2 inferior. Chelsea will hammer Newcastle at home, and i cant see us beating Blackburn away by more than one goal. On the last day, i cant see us scoring enough to beat Blackpool who may still be fighting for their lives.

I can.

During that period we had three away games to Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool, we lost all three... Chelsea had two months of shite form, when they were losing neraly every game.

I'll upload something like you did, but since the first match of the season, when I'm back home in one hour.

I was rather nervous until we played Schalke. The team are fresh, will be up for it and know how to beat Chelsea. We'll win.

Same here. My best mate is a hard-core Chelsea fan and so are all his family, and I'm spending the day round theirs on Sunday as we're going go-karting. Ahhh.

What does that entail? Ownership of Chelsea's History 2004-11 DVD and matching shitty plastic flag set?

Goes to every home game and every away game that doesn't affect his working hours, has had a season ticket for the last 8 years (he's 23) and has gone to pretty much every big game including the CL final in Moscow.

I said 'hard-core Chelsea fan' because 'Chelsea fan' doesn't mean a lot, my ex-girlfriend was is a 'Chelsea fan' but that doesn't say much when she doesn't know what position they're in and can barely name 5 players from the squad...

Scary game...which probably means United will be three up before HT.

Its a game we should win, I can only see it going the way it has gone in the CL against Chelsea, but I have a terrible feeling that a silly error by us or Webb could cost us #No19

Hopefully we can score our way out of trouble tomorrow. I am confident that Hernandez/Rooney will cause problems, but the factor of tomorrows game is definately the battle in midfield

I think if we were in a slightly more comfortable position in the league (5 or 6 points clear) then we would be a little complacent - like against Arsenal last weekend. The fact that it is almost a cup final, we may take it that bit more seriously. The fact it is at OT is such a huge boost for us. I can't wait now. Massive build up tomorrow too with it being a 16:10 kick-off

You know we'll be requiring a late goal of some sort, because it's Manchester United and doing things the easy way, just the once, is seeemingly impossible. That result against Arsenal has made me a fecking nervous wreck all week. Even when I was watching us beat Shalke all I could think about is Sunday 16.10.

97' Terry OG.

Really nervous now
I might miss this game. Might be a good thing for my heart.

Manchester United fullback Patrice Evra is struggling to make tomorrow's huge title decider with Chelsea.

The Daily Mail says United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is sweating on the fitness of Evra, one of his most valuable defenders.

The Frenchman is struggling with a thigh injury suffered against Schalke on Wednesday

fecking hell.

Fabio and Rafael are both available.

But I don't think Fergie's gonna start both of them, I can see O'Shea if Evra is not ready.

Yeah Fabio is definitely going to start. It just depends on if Evra is fit or not. If Evra is fit, then he is on the right or else he is on the left.

Only if you don't support any team and watch football as a neutral.

I was doing everything to stop thinking about this one, but now it's not easy. I don't even want to think what it will be when I wake up... still about 8 hours to this game. Jesus Christ.
