That's the worst name ever
It could be Quincey and Memphis on the wings next season.

LvG is one crazy Basturd. He may well go for a 'Mowtown' team!Cheeky bid for James Brown?
He was getting rave reviews last night following the game on Twitter. Know it wouldn't be long before we were being linked with him, but probably more likely to end up signing Quincy Jones...
What is that now like the 7th-8th dutch player we have been linked to in the last 2 weeks?
Stellar journalism, new Dutch manager = Dutch players.
I just can't get excited about signing a player called Quincy fecking Promes.
My sources tell me we are signing all of them. We've been linked with 100 players this year, getting ridiculous.

Last summer was bad enough, I just couldn't believe what had happened on transfer deadline day last year.I think this place might go apeshit if, as I expect, we don't sign one genuinely top class player this summer.
Where's that?
As much as LVG loves his Dutch players hes not a complete and utter moron, hes not about to completely revamp the squad into the Dutch national team especially since he has his own reservations about that team and has extremely low expectations for that squad since this Dutch team is considered to be severely lacking world class talent unlike the one that got them to the final in 2010.
I guess he was referring to Motown - another name for Detroit, USA.
LvG has previous to be honest though..
He'll have the all the players & the board wearing clogs in no time either!
He signed quite a few at Barca. Hesp, Reiziger, Bogarde, Kluivert, Zenden, De Boer x 2, Cocu...I have no doubt LVG will be interested in a dutch player or two but i seriously doubt he wants 7-8 of them, i know hes done it before with Barca but Holland had real depth of talent back then as opposed to now when they are just not producing world class players in the same numbers, this is what makes me doubt we are after any more than one or two.

The CB Moreno who plays for Espanyol and Mexico is who they're speculating about. The Express are even worse than the Star so I will assume this is more BS from them. The Express think we are after Moreno now

Quincy Jones and Johnny Memphis! We can have a half time party. It could be Quincey and Memphis on the wings next season.
LvG has maybe had a say on how our business is done since he has come in. It would be more beneficial to United and also to our health that it's kept on the downlow instead of one day coming out saying "it's done" to "it's not going to happen" the next day.The fact that the press appear to be guessing is a good thing I think. Maybe a return to United's transfer business done in secret.

On Kanoplyanka, he's got a buyout clause that is very affordable and worth paying.Has it got that bad? Players would rather stay in a war zone than come to us and get paid a fortune?

He's not a central midfielder, he's a number 10.I think while Liverpool are sotring out Lambert we should nick in and pinch Lallana out from under their noses. Swap deal with Cleverley?
So after our big talk of wanting to do deals before the World Cup, we are still without a signing while liverpool (lambert) and Chelsea (costa) have seemingly completed deals.
