Well we have already seen horrendous from both of Lindelof and Maguire so it wouldn't be much more horrendous.Sounds horrendous

Harry lindelof will never be good enough. I think Ten hag should try the Scot mcT experiment in that position.
Hello friendIve been saying that Lindelof is limited for years. Im just glad other fans are notecing that too now. The guy is nowhere near good enough to cut it in the pl let alone Manchester United
So ddi you watch Maguire for Villa's first goal on Thursday. As usual he was marking no one and standing in no man's land. the disaster happened...”An accident waiting to happen” what the feck is Lindelöf then?
Maguire, according to most on here & pundits, whoscored etc etc, had a decent game vs. West Ham, his best of the season (which isn’t asking much), but an “accident waiting to happen” is a feeling you have, it’s nothing tangible, and it effects your appraisal of his game. I have the same with Vic, who’s been utter utter dogshit since his arrival, who can forget Huddersfield away. He’s weak as piss and passive and every time I see him I just see a defender hiding, desperate to not have to defend.
No-one can look at the West Ham game and see how important Maguire was in keeping that clean sheet and declare they can’t remember the last time he was “half decent” unless they have a massive bias against him.
just what was maguire doing for Villa's first goal on thursday night? answer: nothing, as usual. standing in no man's land as everLindelof is shite. Scared to put a foot in, back peddles all the way into yhe box. Both games vs villa he has been shown up.
I even did a thread about it but I wanna do something positive like a "Lee Sharpe appreciation" thread the next time if somebody hasnt done it already. Too much negativity around the CAFHello friend
Jones is too last minute edge of the goal throwing his body in the way.Maguire out of the 2 options. Lindelof makes the entire back 4 look awful, due to his positioning and passive nature. Personally i’d like to see Jones be given a chance.
How about a Gary Pallister appreciation thread, underrated playerI even did a thread about it but I wanna do something positive like a "Lee Sharpe appreciation" thread the next time if somebody hasnt done it already. Too much negativity around the CAF
I can agree with that too. Every man who scores 2+ more against the dippers is a f... legend (Forlan as well). And for such a big guy he had composure. Yeah I think you and I can get alongHow about a Gary Pallister appreciation thread, underrated player
Shaw.
Do you mean we should let Malacia play on the left?
Which is worse, Maguire-Lindelof partnership, or Malacia starting, and day dreaming?
I would never call them our dance partnersSevilla seems forever be our boogey team. They might have just tanked our season.
No problem there as I don't fancy playing Lindelof alongside Malacia as that is a disaster waiting to happen.Could Cas be moved into defence to give us the option of not playing maguire and Lindelof together?
Maguire's performance was fine overall. Just that he seems to have stinking luck with these own goals.Maguire has steadily improved in recent games, to the point where I'm not really jittery about him starting. He was very good yesterday. So it's mainly a question of Lindelof or Malacia really. Very hard to choose Malacia after yesterday's shitshow. He had an awful game, not just the goal, but from the very beginning.
I suppose Dalot at LB and Shaw in the middle could also be an option.
