"It's not easy to score goals", "it's not easy to defend against a good team", "we had chances, but so did the opponent", "we did well in our last games" as if that's not something that applies to every team. His media handling is atrocious. What could be used as an opportunity to explain the situation to the fans is instead used for childish, pedantic and repetitive arguments with journalists. By continuing to that he only comes off as extremely insecure which is probably what he is deep down.

It's not like looking at the whole season is that much better. It comes out at something like 54% of all games (47) lost or drawn. Although probably not precise, a quick calculation shows that Moyes' season (excluding Giggs' short reign) comes out at 48% of all games (50) lost or drawn.
In other words, if you didn't think it could get any worse than under Moyes, it seems to have done.
