Let Giggs get half a season, it would be more fun to watch him manage UTD than this LVG shyte, i feel as im watching some chinese United Knock off

He was supposed to guarantee top 4 but I don't think we will make it if he stays in charge. Problem is Pep isn't available now and there's no interim measure that is a safe pair of hands.

Save us.. eye brow man.

He's actually going overboard with playing the kids. Not sure if he's doing it to reduce expectations or appease the fans. Either way, I doubt even SAF would have put out that back four today. Could have easily played Carrick CB in a back three today with Young as a wing back.

Not answering the question then? Why is there over 99% chance he will stay and for what reasons exactly?
Just calling it like I see it. Would likely have been top today if not for extreme injury issues. Te board, as rational beings, likely understand that.

Will need to address this thin squad sooner rather than later. Can't get away with it in this league, hopefully he is learning this after the second season of madness

I'm usually against sacking managers mid season but this is becoming very reminiscent of Moyes's time here.

He's damn doing worse than Moyes considering all the factors.

Just gets some more support due to his past.

Still sticking with him seeing out the rest of the season. But if we continue like this ,not sure the club will feel the same way.

taking off Mata for Powell, then next game Fellaini for Powell when they were our most dangerous players...this is the week he lost me

Cant see him lasting past Monday. Sir Alex and Sir Bobby will do the decent thing and recommend to the Glazers that this donkey needs to go.

I still feel harsh saying this, but think his time here is about up now, just can't see this turning around. I'd like to see giggs see out the season again, because why not? Can't be any worse and feel like it would at least be entertaining. And never know, could turn out great.

Get this fraud out of the football club.

Stubborn, arrogant tool.

Doesn't change his game plan since the season started.

Even my dead gran (God rest her soul) knows that Blind will receive the ball and try to pass it forward. Other teams always have a striker positionally defending Blind now. Still we go this route.

Mata has been a nothing player for a while, no change at all.

Sending/Selling several squad members leaving us to field Varela, CBJ, Perreira, Lingard, McNair who are not Premier League quality yet.

Memphis chesting down balls to Fellaini

Getting Fellaini off then playing long ball

No desire to inspire his players. Just sits on his arse and writes notes. No encouragement.

Clueless.

We should get rid now because as shit as things are we haven't hit rock bottom.

The season is still salvageable, get top 4, maybe win a cup.

I don't want us to wait until everything utterly implodes and the season is totally fecked and over before we act like we did with Moyes.

I have so supported this guy. I had such high hopes....but he's crushed them this season. He's had his money....he's had time to at least make us better than the Moyes era...but we are exactly the same...if not worse this last few weeks worse. Dam him.....

Takes off our most dangerous player, puts Nick Powell up front. Utterly bizarre substitution. :(

Let go. Stop the downward slide.

Let's be honest at this point Giggs would be an improvement. I haven't seen anything to suggest he knows how to fix this.

The Newcastle and Boro at home stands out. Amongst other gutless performances.

We've reached that horrible stage like March with Moyes - when you want United to NOT turn draws into wins, or to lose to the worst teams because it might, just might be the catalyst to the manager being relieved.

Sad.

Yeah I've just reached that stage today.

This team is unbearable to watch. I'd rather watch paint dry.

That's understandable as when paint drys, it does what it's supposed to. We can't even play effective crap football. Watching United is the equivalent of watching the wrong coat of paint dry. Very slowly.

It can be thousands of times worse, horrendous idea.

EDIT: actually, y'know what feck it, give it Giggs, you're right it can't get much worse.

And I am calling it how I see it also.

For me there are three stages that lead you to getting sacked. First you lose the fans support, then the trust of the players followed by the backing of the board. I think he has lost two of those already. I'll admit him being sacked tomorrow is ambitious, but it won't be long.

There's no point getting rid now imo unless we lose another few in quick succession but he's going to have to work miracles to get to stay beyond this season now

3 wins in 11 now, Relegation fodder.
3 wins in 12 also 5 times we have failed to score.

Sorry LVG it's not good enough. He has got us to a better position then he found us in but maybe it might be time to let someone else take us up to the next level

how big a bet did you put on it?

Been generally supportive of LVG but I'm rapidly losing faith.

Today reminds me of how I felt about Moyes after that Olympiakos game. Wouldn't be at all arsed if he leaves at this point.

I think we have given him enough time and way too much money to be losing against Bournemouth. We have been outplayed too many times this year. He's criticised his own players publically, not replaced players who have left and fallen out with quite a few too. He's run out of excused and surely Woodward I not going to let him loose with a single penny going into the January window. Time is up and the dury is out.
