Please make it stop. Even when the results were alright, the football wasn't. Now we've got neither.

Looks like LVG is starting to fear the worst. I can't understand why he need to go on with this 3421 tactic. Three men in the back is so worthless. A 442 offers a lot more in attack. You can easily switch over to 244!!!!!!! 3421 only mean you need to have wingers working their balls off because you don't have anyone playing out wide in defense and the 3 you got will always mess up. Once you have the ball under control you're stranded with 3 players standing in a line looking like dorks. Then the CB with the ball will pass it up to a deep lying Carrick, so that makes it 4 idiots in the first third doing nothing. If the ball goes to someone like Fellaini the risk is sky high he will hoof the ball at the opposition. Send the ball up to Mata and he will come running towards you with a defender up his arse and pass it back with a 1 inch margin for no obvious reason. Meanwhile Martial has fallen asleep upfront with no idea what to do. And people thought we were bad when Rooney was playing.

He's not getting a single performance out of any single player at this point, let alone as a team.

There is a reason he didn't last at Bayern and Barca. Now, we know why. He doesn't know what he is doing. Does anyone here genuinely think he should stay on another 18 months?

Get rid now and get Carlo on the line.
There needs to at least be a conversation. We're in a situation now, where we could very easily continue our freefall, making a change soon may reinvigorate the team enough to continue a title challenge, but the change would have to happen now.

Time to go I think. Can't actually think of anything in favour of keeping him on at this point. Failure.

I'm beginning to turn and I am increasingly sympathising with those who want him out. I would have accepted today's result because of the injury crisis but when it has followed some mediocre performances, a champions league exit, baffling substitutions and playing players who don't deserve to play whilst dropping players who should be in the squad then it makes one run out of sympathy for LVG. I'm not going to say LVG out now but if things don't look like they're changing by the new year then I will join those who want him out.

There's a story about his time at AZ where they were performing terribly and the board was about to sack him until the players begged the board for him to stay, I don't think that would happen with these players, I don't think they are loved enough.

(The sad thing is I wrote this post out about 8 minutes before the end)

Feels like when Moyes was in-charge. Still no clue why Fellaini was taken off. Borthwick was dire. And he still was on. Playing Young would have been better. LvG is testing my patience.

I don't agree with sacking managers within touching distance of the top of the table

And all along I had said we should wait till end of season and make a choice

But these last 2 months have been as bad or worse than any period under Moyes

I'd like to be a fly on the wall in a Utd boardroom Monday morning. He has to be now properly under pressure and at risk to lose his job

Hurry up and sack this clueless clown. Taking off our best player for fecking Powell... My word. This is just as bad as the shit Moyes served, if not worse.

It's a shitty sacking, because I genuinely respect van Gaal. But he has to go.

it's sad that our fans don't turn their back on the players applauding them - they deserve nothing in return

3 wins in 12 is fecking relegation form in terms of results.

And then the utter fecking dogshit football we've played.

He has to go.
