I've lost all faith in the club now. What's even worrying is we will win tomorrow and he will say I told you so and keep his job.

Don't you want us to win tomorrow? You need to decide if you're supporting the club or against the manager. It should be an easy decision.

We would struggle to win against a League One side currently. Chelsea are shit too, but they at least have 4 points out of 6, while we lost the last 2 games without any hope. Some of our players are real snakes and are just waiting for him to resign/get the sack, and they were never so close. A loss against Chelsea and he is gone, so why give it all and win possibly? Sure we will lose 3 points again, but it seems to be worth it for them, judging by their recent performances. I dont know how we should win tomorrow, we look as bad as ever. And i want us to win, regardless if he goes or stays.

if we do lose tomorrow, when was the last time we lost 5 in a row?

He wasn't going to suddenly be sacked now with the game tomorrow! And with tomorrow being a bank holiday we probably won't hear anything until Tuesday at the earliest
He will go on Tue, it is just fait accompli at this time

Just can't fathom why we are putting LvG and most importantly the fans through this tomorrow, the atmosphere could turn toxic if we lose, and even if we win there will be very mixed feelings amongst the majority I would imagine.

Just a horrible situation, and one the club should have sorted by now.

These dropped points should be on the board's head.

I'm not blaming Van Gaal anymore. He's just not good enough , and you cant expect him to walk from so much money especially with this being his last job. He has no loyalty to United , and neither should he, the board has enough power to end this, they just dont want to.

Seeing our relatively tougher second half of the season (bigger away games against top rivals), its not inconcievable that this we will look at this christmas period as a wasted period. If we do miss out on UCL football, its on them.

We are up against it. As poor as Pool are, they are just a couple of points behind us and have already played away against Arsenal, Chelsea, United, City and Everton. So they have that advantage

He should have gone after the Norwich match, he even expected it. Anything else was utter shambles and reflects badly on the club.

again, I know sporting bets aren't the be all and end all, but van gaal next manager to be sacked is now at 1/40.

I bet Giggs was promised the job when LVG signed on. That's the problem we have now. How can we get Mourinho when we've already told Giggs he's up next?

I just don't get it if he doesn't go after tomorrow no matter what. Woodward and co I've always only ever seen as business people so thought they were ruthless, surely the longer we leave it the worse it is for us and the less money we get? I would have thought they'd have pulled the trigger by now

Only explanation is a lack of a resignation from him, he alluded to the fact he would do it more than once yet seems to have bottled it, or decided losing £9 million just isn't a good idea, the club maybe took him at his word and were expecting him to walk but he hasn't, hence he stumbles on at everyone's expense.

Does anyone else find it odd that Swansea haven't installed a new manager yet? Like they're waiting to see if LVG will get sacked and say Mourinho takes over, where would that leave Giggs? They have been linked with him.

Or am i putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5?

Nah, i think they are trying hard for Bielsa.

Wasnt the Swansea Ceo on a trip to S.America recently?

Just weird that there haven't really been murmurings about that the past week or so. Last I read they were linked with Bielsa. Have there been any reports of late across the border (assuming you're still in Wales)

Fact being, Man Utd would not be what it is without us, the fans. How the feck can this be happening then?? yargh. The poster a few posts back that mentioned it might have to do with the Giggs-shitnario, you're probably right. And if that's the case, feck me in the face.

Brace yourselves lads, the reaction after we win tomorrow will be like nothing you've ever seen. Meltdowns and tantrums incoming about how that cnut now gets to keep his job and how our board are friendly assholes.

It will be the first victory that leaves a large proportion of our fans devastated.

More like 42.

If Van Gaal is still manager after the Chelsea game regardless of result, our club is run by idiots imo.

I've seen that movie. Beautifully directed.

I think that he will have to go in the end anyways. I want us to win against Chelsea, even if that means LvG stays for now.

Just need making sure we are even further down the table ready to make it harder to make something of this season. Give him until about mid-Jan to have a healthy 15 point catch-up for a new manager. Nice one Woodward.

How this guy is still in a job is the biggest farce in Football history.

If this was at Bayern or Barca, or any competently-run club for that matter, van Gaal would have been gone weeks ago.

But our club dithers with their dicks in their hands because they are too out of the depth to make legitimate footballing changes when they are needed most.

It is very upsetting.

Have to admit I'd be hesterical (and not in a good way) if we appoint Giggs
