Would not expect anything today... the email from the club account has to make 74 backwards and sideways passes before reaching our windows 97 run office computers to tweet and inform the NYSE.

I can't quite work out what would be more incompetent...

- Not sacking LVG
- Sacking LVG and giving the job to Giggs

Knowing our board, they'll find a way of doing both.

He's going to be here atleast for the Christmas period I reckon.

If he was going to be sacked he'd have been gone by now.

Also i have noticed a lot of ex dippers like Murphy and Souness are saying it should be Giggs- think that tells us it definitley should not be.

I thought the briefings were that he would only be sacked if he lost to Stoke or Chelsea. Why would he be sacked now?

I would prefer Giggs to get the job until the end of the season, just take the gamble and see what happen. Then Pep for next season.

Not Mourinho please.

LVG to become director of football and Giggs to manage?

Also the fact we go into a fixture at Stoke away with Stoke probably being favourites (in common sense terms not bookie terms) is all the proof you need that this bloke needs kicking out of our club.

If we are going to sack him, it would be pretty harsh to do it after Christmas! I mean, we'd make the poor guy work over the holidays and take away his family time only to start the new year with giving him the boot!

See? It makes perfect sense to sack him today! :D

Nah they updated it so they could talk to Pep. Did you not see the thread.
All they are waiting for now is some to learn how to use Windows 10.

his future will not hinge on two matches.

This has been building. The CL exist from a very reasonable group, very poor points haul considering the crap level of our rivals.

And the repeated reports of senior players going to see him. This last one of Senior staff and a senior player seeing the board Friday if true must have been the nail. Followed by the loss.

"Manchester United is proud to announce the appointment of the club legend Ryan Giggs as the new co-manager of the professional team, he will share that role with the undisputed Louis Van gaal."

Looks like everyone has jumped on to the bandwagon now. It will be interesting if he somehow comes back from the dead.

It might be a bit chaotic sacking him on a day we're planned to go to a Children's Hospice to hand presents out. Would be poor form spoiling those plans.

Someone in work actually asked if he could send a fax this morning. Thought i was speaking to Ed Woodward for a brief moment. Having a melt down here lads. I hate seeing our managers fail and the despondent look in his conference after the game was horrible to see. He clearly cares about the job he just is not the right man. His style of management and tactics are not a fit for us. Shame his legacy is one that will end slightly tarnished will a horrid 18 months or so with us.

I've been travelling all week and only just seen the Norwich score yet to my bemusement he's still not sacked?!

Why would the club brief something like that, why would the club put publicly Van gaal in that situation? If it was true no one would have known because that's basically publicly admitting that the board doesn't trust him.

'And further to that...the captain shall always play'

LVG to become director of football and Giggs to manage?

Could you imagine?

I think LVG will be allowed to enjoy Christmas with his family. Surely we're not that heartless.

He'll be fired at the crack of dawn on Boxing day.

You know lads we dont know how lucky we have it. Some people in far reaching countries actually believe the fake twitter accounts and the daily express spouting dross in situations like these regarding Utd. . Don't know why i brought that up.. 3 days left at work and im bored. Nothing to do. Should have took my holidays earlier. One of the lads in the office insists we should keep Louis. Might not talk to him anymore.

I've been avoiding this thread but feck me it's reached unrivalled levels of delirium in here.

Of course LVG isn't about to be sacked. Fortunately we're not that type of club, regardless of how many keyboard warriors want us to be. Look at the state of the gutter press and twitter rumours jumping on our run off poor form for easy clicks. Not one reliable paper to be seen.

Top red award goes to ..........
