No not really. It's perfectly natural to respond to something you believe untrue if the accusations have been relentless for the last 3 years.If you need to address people who think you are fat, and list reasons why you might look fat but aren't really fat. Then you have an unhealthy relationship with you body.
Whether you are fat, slim, athletic, ripped, obese. You acknowledge it and deal with it. Don't do this nonsense of 'I may look fat but I just have a big body type.'
