Convinced he's gone. Could cope with £50m + Sanchez.
Great deal for both sides if it happens imo. Liverpool are doing a good job in diversifying with the likes of Shaqiri and Sanchez (if this is true).
Apparently our Shaqiri interest is over.
So just Ricky Lambert so far then ?
@BarneyLFC
How much could Liverpool afford to spend with regards to FFP if you don't sell Suarez? Would the signings of Can, Lambert, Lallana and possibly Markovic, Moreno and a CB make it a struggle?
I think that was his value pre the latest bite, not now.Convinced he's gone. Could cope with £50m + Sanchez.
Even if they get Sanchez they'll still be desperate for a big name striker won't they? Sturridge and Lambert won't come close to cutting it. And names like Can, Markovic, Lallana and Moreno aren't exactly names to strike fear in the other top four hopefuls.
They'll be in the same position as Torres/Carroll. Whoever it is will probably cost 50% more for Liverpool than anyone else.
As much as I think he is a good player, I'd rather have Jimmy Saville playing for us.This will be a good deal for the club in the long term. Really, for a club whose fanbase likes to harp on about class (not a dig, honest!) as much as Liverpool, having Suarez as a player is the elephant in the room.

Diego reckons he should come to us.
Sanchez can play centrally.
Sanchez talk is interesting but the guy is in Brazil. Until Chile get knocked out these things are never clear.
I doubt players would be thinking of transfers in the midst of knockouts now.His agent, and reps from Liverpool and Barca are perfectly capable of making it happen during the WC. The question is whether any of this is accurate or just media BS.
Thanks. While we are at it, what's his favourite meal?Sanchez doesn't want to come to england.

But would the national FA allow such things to happen in the camp? Right before the matches, they wouldn't want the players to be distracted by the transfers. Hence why the Shaw deal was delayed I think.I'm sure transfers interest in these players hasn't suddenly developed. Most of the discussions have probably been ongoing for weeks at a minimum.
An attacking trio of Suarez, Messi and Neymar does sound more or less impossible to deal with.

Wow, Chiellini has come out and said the sentence is too stiff!
Well, didn't expect that. I'm actually not even mad, I'm impressed. Only a badass would brush off being bitten.
I wouldn't be surprised if the penalty is so stiff because he's lying about having done it.
If he'd admitted what he did and apologized immediately he probably would have been able to train and be in the stadiums at least.
Chiellini said in the sense that Suarez isn't even allowed near the team/stadium, etc. Sure we can debate in that respect, but I think not being a part of matches is justified.Wow, Chiellini has come out and said the sentence is too stiff!

He's played there only thrice over the last season.

BTW, why do you blokes seem happy about him leaving? You cannot replace someone like Suarez with someone with less talent, no matter how many of them you buy. Spurs couldn't replace Bale, we couldn't replace CR7. Even if Sanchez comes along, it's hard to see you lot replicating last season's performance with the new signings. Lambert, Markovic and Lallana? Come on.
Didnt he fall to the floor and roll around a couple of times?
