Brilliant performance from him today, and against arguably the best LB in the league.
He's always had the talent, but his decision making recently has brought it all together.
Jamie Redknapp (not normally one for hyperbole..) got it right for once, when he said he hadnt seen someone give Ashley Cole such a hard game in years. What a brilliant performance by Nani. Does he get an assist too, by the way?
He's again wrong. Valencia also destroyed Cole when Chelsea visited at OT last season.
What a terrific performance by Nani though and good to see that he's receiving praise from the media.
By "recently" do you mean "since January 2010?

5 years from now people will still be saying that he's become consistent "recently"
I should've worded it better, I meant as difficult game as Nani gave him. For my money, Nani's performance against Cole was better than Valencia's.

I want this young man for my son...

The Portuguese left Old Trafford with a bottle of champagne courtesy of host broadcaster Sky Sports, who named him Man of the Match. It was an assessment that raised no eyebrows from Sir Alex.
“Nani's marvellous, he was brilliant today," Sir Alex said. "Absolutely brilliant. He's a terrific player, the lad, and he's starting to mature. We're going to get the best years out of him, no doubt."
Disagree. Valencias wasn't as flashy but Cole may as well not been on the pitch the last time they met.
