Can you PM me some links to this please? It'd be good to catch up on all that before Season 6 because I watched Seasons 1 to 4 in the space of a few weeks and have forgotten most of what happened.
I enjoyed Season 5, probably my second favourite season so far. I look forward to Season 6 and the conclusion.

The footage of the match actually shown is of the Spanish La Liga match in 1991 between F.C. Barcelona and Real Madrid. The goal-scorer is the famous Danish player, Michael Laudrup. The final result was 2-1 for Barcelona.

From the little I can remember, I think I would probably go for Season 4, then 1, then 2, then 3. 3 had some of the best episodes of the entire series, but overall it was probably the poorest of the lot. Season 2 I enjoyed a lot as we were introduced to my favourite character in Benjamin Linus

Why doesn't Desmond remember telling Penny to call him back in 1996? Why doesn't Faraday remember meeting Des at Oxford in 96?
I get that in 1996 he had what he thought was a dream about him being on a boat and then realized that it was actually his conscious from the future. But why doesn't he think about this before he sails in the race and stuff?

Something to do with 'Whatever happened happened'. But Faraday has said that Desmond is special, and doesn't ahere to the rules. He is going to be the link in this season to the supposed double-reality theory (which explains how the already dead characters will come back.
