Television Lost: The Final Season

I'm Eko, I may get killed in the end but i'm still the toughest SOB on the island.

Edit:frigging potato.

So all this kill them before they say a word to you business, didn't Ben say previously that he had never heard Jacob speak when he shot Locke. Did MIB do something to make it so Ben couldn't hear what he said.

He spoke to Jacob before he stabbed him though

Yes..remember Bens talk with Illana?

That he'd been lied too and had watched as his daughter had died. We've already seen MIB pretending to be something he isn't. Jacob lived in the statue, did MIB live in the HUt?

I also won't apologise for my mistakes as if I had to do them all again I would. I am EKO!

But did Ben hear it?

Of course he did, otherwise he wouldnt have refferd to it as it being part of the reason that he stabbed him, you would have thought he would have looked shocked seeing Jacob move his mouth yet hearing no sound rather than just stabbing him

You keep telling yourself that. I'm suprised nobodies tried to be Hurley yet.
VidaRed is Hurley.

It's like you people think that previous pages get burned into ashes and taken away by Niall...

Anyway, I'm going to get my baps out and look in a mirror for a while.

You guys are fecking geeks assigning yourself characters. Anyway back on topic something I just noticed about this weeks episode

can I be Miles?

 and
far cooler than Faraday, good call.

"For a brief time I served in a small parish in England, and every Sunday after mass, I would see a young boy waiting at the back of the church. And then one day the boy confessed to me that he had beaten his dog to death with a shovel. He said the dog had bitten his baby sister on the cheek and he needed to protect her. And he wanted to know whether he would go to hell for this. I told him that god would understand, that he would be forgiven, as long as he was sorry. But the boy did not care about forgiveness. He was only afraid that if he did go to hell, that dog would be there waiting for him. "

You're looking for the Merman Day thread.

And MUM, I said I wanted to be Kate! We can't both be Kate.

Gender issues aside, I think I'm clearly better for the part.

Okay, so i spent the last entire month catching up on the Lost series, from the first ever episode, as i have never seen it before. This was all in the hope that i could finally enter this thread and join in the discussion. Now i literally just got up to date on season 6. And i enter this thread and i'm all like, yes! I get to join in the epic discussion.

Then....to my surprise, i find out there is no discussion at all. That people are assigning themselves as characters?

feck sake :(

Anyway...back to discussion...

could someone please explain, knowing what we know now...how on earth was Ben able to "summon" the smoke monster...?

By draining that little pool of water he was able to summon the monster. Another thing I noticed was in Season 4 when he did it the monster appeared from the jungle as smoke but when he did the same in Season 5 he appeared from the Jungle in the form of John Locke.
