The locked door/cupboard thing on the sub will definitely come into play though. The episode wasn't bad really, I think knowing what's coming up next week made it seem average in comparison.
Average. Terry O'Quinn was still immense though. I like him more as Smokey than I did as Locke....and I liked him as Locke
Yup, that episode without O'Quinn and Holloway would've been pants.
Sama can be said about he previous ep and Emerson.
Very so-so episode. They really could have done "Recon" in about 10 minutes if they wanted to.
Nevertheless the promo for next weeks episode looks OFF THE HOOK ! Potential to be the best episode yet.

I've watched every single lost episode to date and I can honestly say it's shit, I keep watching it only because I've wasted so much time up until now, might as well see it through.

Well that was dull, couldn't really care anymore about any love interests, brooding heros etc, the story this season is finally going epic and I want bigger and better reveals, people dying and more Hurley quotes.
Need some more Lost WTF? moments. I seem to not be surprised at much that has happened / been revealed this season
personally i thought it was a great ep
I agree, but there are a few things I'd like to see
- The aforementioned WTF? factor which I feel has been lacking a bit.
- Perhaps less plot strands now we're gearing up to the end - I'm really not too arsed about
Sawyer tonking Charlotte in some other dimension
- Sometimes I just think they're trying to include past peripheral characters just for the sake of it
- Desmond - where is he? His time travel / predicting the future stuff was never really given enough importance after S4
- I don't think they should have killed Jacob so early
There have also been some really good elements to this series as well:
- Locke - awesome as the smoke monster and the one part of Lost which is still really intriguing (what exactly is he up to?)
- Ben - it's quite amazing how one so evil and corrupt has been accepted by not only the Losties, but also the audience. Really good character development
- The Jacob / Flocke interplay, or lack of it (they aren't interacting, but they're both still guiding the players in their game), it might be good to go back and watch previous series now to see how it's been going on all the time
Theres a reason for everything they've done, presumably, looking forward to it all coming together
What if Jacob and Smokey are on the same side, and have set everything up together to test out candidates?

That is a ridiculous idea if true, people who don't come into this thread often wouldn't know that system and would be exposed to all sorts of stuff.
