Television Lost: The Final Season

may i have access to the rapidshare vida?
please

Can't wait, feels like ages since the last ep. I hope there's not a mid season break, I'd probably die.

I'd like to knife that guy in the face who came up with the theory that the smokey is good.

Sheer awesomeness !! Great episode ....
finally, the shape of things to come. Looks like we got a good idea of who's with whom ... the war looks set to begin. I guess Widmore and Desmond will be on Jacks side ... but Flocke's army looks pretty strong right now.
The last scene was pretty amazing even though nothing very dramatic happened ... loved the way Flocke and co looked set to leave the temple in slo-mo.

I liked the way some of the others switched sides...should have shot those twats right there and then.

I also didn't like how claire seemed to forget that flocke lied to her about her baby being in the temple. Neither jacob nor flocke give a shit about kate...i hope claire knifes her soon.

Thank goodness richard wasn't killed because only him and illana seem to have a clue about whats going on.

RiP Dogen & sidekick :(

Yeah, to be honest it was strange how the others who have died to protect the Island just changed just sides then and there. But Smokie was being a bit of a bad ass and I wouldnt have stood in his way if I was an other. I think the side Desmond picks will make the difference, I don't think he's been influenced by either side yet.

Crazy Claire is way cooler than Pregnant Claire. And I think she pretty much believes whatever Flocke tells her, he has her completely under her control. And yeah Kates going to get it from someone pretty soon, should be fun.

Dogen and Lennon .... short lived and rather pointless when you think about it but they still livened up things with their ham acting and bad dialogue. A conversation between Richard and Illana should clear up most questions .. they should do a talk show with Larry King, that would be fun to watch.

So anyone got a rapidshare link? pm me please.

Still plausible.

Jacob manipulated Dogen no more than he manipulated Sayid, and so far he's done everything he said he'd do. They're the ones who keep lying...plus we've seen him kill loads of people before, no biggie that

Theory:

I'm going to go with the theory that both sides are evil. There's the evil that is completely up front with you about its evilness (Flock/Smokey), and the evil that manipulates you into thinking you're doing something good (Jacob). But in the end they're both evil and a war between the two is not only petty but destructive as well. It's mired in bitterness and vengeance and the only ones who are really safe are the ones who stay out of it altogether (like Desmond).

Edit: by the way that episode rocked!

Brilliant episode.

So Sayid's off the island/other dimension story is different to the other Losties. Kate, Jack etc all had endings to their stories pretty much and happy ones at that, Sayid's however is left wide open and he is actually potentially in a worse position than he was before he got to LA although Nadia is alive in this dimension. Could this be an indication that Sayid could still be saved?

Lapedas, Sun etc turning up was a little out of the blue. Hopefully the next episode will be about what's going on with them.

Miles is a really underutilised character.

Where was Sawyer?

Kate is a bit screwed here, I'd imagine it's setting things up for her and Sawyer to talk and her to try and convince him to do good.

Things are certainly shaping up now. Will be very interesting to see what happens next, hopefully it's not a filler episode.

Brilliant episode, best of this series so far.

Can't be long before we see Brother Desmond.

"Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket" is now stuck in my head.

"Save it for a rainy day." Aargh!

 That was creepy.

Things are definitely shaping up now, those last 5 minutes were immense. Sayid has a different look in his eyes now.

Seems Ben has been separated from both groups. The next episode is called Dr.Linus too.

Great ep.

Awesome episode. Really enjoyed the last 3, think the series has really hit its stride now, which is very good news.

Have to say, the last 5 minutes or so of that episode were brilliant. Aside from Frank, Illana, Sun and Ben's appearences being a little out of the blue, it was superbly done. The eerie "catch a falling star" was perfect, and the slow motion of Smokey leading his troops away reminded me of the series of slow-mo moments in the penultimate episode of series 4 (I think). You just know things are getting epic now. Sayid turning evil was just plain awesome too, his brief interaction with Ben was brilliant.

Think the off island stuff was good, but got totally overshadowed by the on island happenings. Although Jins appearence at the end was definitely interesting. From what we have so far he was taken aside at airport security and then somehow ended up hostage to Keamy and co.? Actually looking forward to filling in the gaps there.

Also loved seeing Sayid get to take out Keamy this time round, despite my spending the first half of the show waiting for him to show up. I have that horrible habit of reading the guest stars at the beginning.

How creepy was it when Ben said to Sayid that 'there's still time' to run away, only for Sayid to turn around with an evil smile and say 'not for me'..

I hate to say it but evil Sayid is way cooler than good Sayid. Crazy Claire would get it HARD. And how the hell did Sun etc. time travel back to normal time!?

Sun and co. have never time travelled.

I laughed when Miles was

talking about Claire and went "Still hot though".

Dogen was the only thing keeping Smokey out? What was the point of the barriers and the ash then? and why does Dogen being alive stop Smokey getting in?

That was an excellent episode. The above comments have summed up a lot of what I thought about it.
Did anyone else think that Flocke's band of others at the end looked like the more evil side of others (more prominent in the earlier episodes), and perhaps the ones that stayed were those who veered towards good on Dogen's 'scale'. I also wonder whether he has recruited people over time, and what we are seeing is his amassed army from all periods on the island.

Being a ninja, Dogen is intrinsically linked to the ash in a way that a caterpillar is linked to it's butterfly counterpart (ignoring modern speculation about the caterpillar-butterfly relationship). Basically Dogen can be rearranged to say N E God? (Any God?) and so when the ash wasn't there properly Smokey got in.

I am calling Ben to be killed in the next episode.

Next episode is called Dr. Linus, will be ben-centric.

Do not think he has got much role to play any more. If Fake Locke wanted him he would have recruited him like Sawyer, Sayid etc. By the end of the season, I am certain only the main 815 survivors alongside Jacob and MIB will be left. Possibly Desmond as well. Think Ben will be the first big shock death of the season.

Spoiler spoiler

Have not seen it so can not say. But recently came out that he was not with the rest of the cast in Hawaii when the storm hit, was back in US. An indication that he won't be involved in final episodes of the season. I am sticking with my prediction for now...

That poster is incredibly gay...I can't be arsed with all this spoiler tag nonsense anyway. I'm gonna wait until it's aired in UK before I talk about it...and I'll probably forget by then anyway

This shit really let's you down, Mockers. I've decided that you're a very good poster - but feck me. . . what the hell is all this about.

Ok so I've seen it and there sure as hell weren't any answers like promised, why do i keep falling for it.
