Television Lost: Season 5

a character dies and no one even mentions it ?? ;)

i think the O6 are needed back for different reasons other than to stop the island from skipping through time.

locke's journey seems similar to that of christian shepard as he also had to die in order to get the losties on the island.

the only thing that confuses me is why did charlotte tell jin not to allow locke to bring sun back and claire also told kate not to bring aaron back
That was Charlotte herself, not the island. She was dying, so hardly surprising she said all that stuff. Think Claire thing was just a dream.

And death of CS was only responsible for getting Jack to the island. No one else.

Apart from the fact that it must be the daftest TV show ever made.

Daft like a fox!

this ep was good. The french stuff was quality. I think it's obvious that the monster takes the form of people it comes into contact with. I'd be interested to know why the French girls boyfriend was going to shoot her!..he looked evil at that point.

It was a bit wack to kill off the ginger bird so soon. Presumably they'll meet her again when she was a kid. I call her being ben's friend at dharma camp!

I highly doubt it, but her and Annie do look simmilar. Minus the hair colour.

ben is in 40's and she's in her 20's so i highly dount she's annie.

the canadian promo

apparently they're on a plane which seems to be crashing on the island

Aaaarghhh I wish they had opened the show with the new plane crash. Would have been awesome.

i thought people werent gonna put the previews in the thread, well atleast not talk about them, link to them by all means

I don't know how you still be interested. I've just watched the latest episodes and it's just a huge mess. Some rules and structure would've been nice.
Only 25 episodes or so are left. Having watched something like 80 odd episodes, I just have to finish it now. If I had stopped after S2 like with Prison break, then I would have been on the same boat as you.

I agree they have gone overboard with the sci-fi/mythology element but some plot lines and character stories can still be interesting at times. Last season bar the island fiasco in the end was largely good.

The latest series has been surprisingly good actually, you actually get the sense that the writers are working towards something.

Nothing will ever live up to the first season though, that was its peak imo.

They've just thrown every idea into the series. From time travel to the supernatural. It's gone to a point where I really couldn't care less. I mean anyone can do that.

you seem confident but you must remember were watching lost :wenger:

although he did say in the cabin that he's not jacob and he there to speak on his behalf.

jacks father = christian
widmore or locke's father = jacob ?

Yeah, thats why I dont think he is haha.

I think its a bit of a leap to think Jacob is a dad to anyone, since we dont know who or what he is :D

google black rock.

the captain of the actual ship was jacob and richard and widmore were also present hence there british accents as that ship was british.

someone posted that theory in this thread in the first few pages or in the season 4 thread here on the caf.
