"Assuming City get passed spurs In the CL, they will have 13 games in 6 weeks".I think game fatigue could be City's biggest enemy in the run-in. Assuming they get past Spurs in the CL, they'll have something like 13 matches to play in a 6 week period. That's almost a game every 3 days. Even with their massive squad there still are a few imponderables that need to be taken into account. One of them being what effect will mental tiredness have on the players ? We've seen them switch off a few times this season when their focus has slipped. There's no guarantee it won't happen again, especially with the games coming thick & fast. We just have to try & keep the pressure on them.
So how many more games will that be than Liverpool, when they beat Porto in the CL?
