As mentioned above, social media will be equally as bad (if not worse) not to mention the ridiculous number of ex-Liverpool players on SkySports rubbing our noses in it at every given opportunity.

Honestly, it will be a nightmare. Anyone who thinks otherwise is living in a dream world.

Most people understand, that even the dreadful "best ever English team" nonsense that will greet a City title will be far, far better than any Liverpool victory. The press have waited 30 years for it, for goodness sake!

We would also be that much closer to Pep disappearing if they win it, as he's a reasonably short term type of guy, and PSG has his name all over it sometime fairly soon.

I can't be the only one who thinks this

Has shades of this

Yep Liverpool are definitely going the season unbeaten

I don't seem to recall, but did we not get another stonewall penalty not given against Arsenal? Lovren smacked Jesus in the face and the ref deemed it a fair challenge.

I detest Liverpool as much as the next lad but the idea of banning their supporters from here should they win the title is preposterous. The Liverpool posters here are quite decent to be fair. Imagine how shit this place would be without opposition supporters or a different point of view... by and large, they (opposition supporters) are among the best posters on the site, in my opinion.
Redcafe is precisely the best football forum online because of the diversity of fans allowed.

Take a deep breath and relax.

The demolition will happen. Face it. Not the entire Starting XI champions squad, but at least 3 key players (not necessarily Salah) that will make hard-next to impossible- to win 2 PL in a row, specially if Chelsea or and City invest, with Pepus still in command.

Oh, and I've been supporting Man Utd. since 1993. I still own the shirt:

You look like that actor from Jurassic World :D
Is it you ?:wenger:

And Jose will replace him at City

Having survived the 70’s and 80’s when we did well against them but won nowt but a few cups while they won everything, the apprehension everyone feels about Liverpool fans is justified.

If they win it and it looks likely unless they suffer a rash of injuries, they won’t dominate again like they did then or like United did under Sir Alex. They could have/should have already ended their drought if Stevie Me didn’t slip up.
They still haven’t won it this time but it looks likely. I’m not the praying type but I might make an exception.

Dear Georgie who art in heaven,
Please hear our prayers.
Let the Scousers lose today,
Amen.

Please choke you cnuts ! I don’t want to be alive the day Liverpool win the Premier league, will be just as unbearable as if the cowboys were to win the super bowl I would rather drink bleach.

Maybe because your whole NT has been wank the past few years bar last one.

Ridiculous as well to judge him on some performances with a bunch of dudes he hardly gets to train or play with instead of his regular superb performances this season (the first season in which he has gotten some recognition and rightfully so, so even now it's ridiculous to call him overrated).

What's he supposedly superb at then? High workrate is all I can think of. Bit like Herrera really.

If you’re watching tonight and can’t come up with anything else than that I’m just gonna say okay and good day.

Their limitations in midfield (Milner, Henderson and Wijnaldum) were very apparent tonight. It’s actually to Klopp’s credit that they are top of the league with those players.

Hopefully the wheels fall off now.

Uh oh...

Deservedly beat. How they're top of the league is beyond me. Feck all quality (tonight I mean).

City deserved that win, much more proactive side.

Have they started to spread the conspiracy that the goal line tech was configured incorrectly ?

Hopefully they crumble, but it's still theirs to lose with a 4 point gap.

This title race just got back to being interesting!

I want to see not just how Liverpool but City responds as well to this result in the next few games.

Why the feck is Klopp shaking everyone’s hand and pounding his chest with an *im hard as feck* look on his face? He’s so fecking cringe, his team bottled it hard tonight.

Nowt but balls in the box and long balls tonight. Awful, city by far better. Shortcomings apparent tonight

Who’ve they got next? Could do with them having a hard game after this.

Klopp got it wrong today, should have gone for it like he did last season in the Champions League. They ended up losing anyway, just seemed odd going for the defensive approach.

As mentioned before, the real glaring issue for them is midfield. It's fecking woeful - epitomised by Jordan Henderson.

Why would I be watching that garbage? Did check the score just now though. Feels good man. Anyway, what's he good at then?
