Liverpool 2014/15 | WARNING: Contains strong amounts of Scouse nonsense

:lol::lol:

Incidentally, I have that exact same keyboard.

When United lose a big game I can't even bring myself to post on here sometimes, the thought of going over to a Liverpool board would be unbearable. I don't know how you guys do it. Just go and get drunk or something...

Its his post that United fans sing about Liverpool and Gerrard when not playing Liverpool which started it so it was a perfect irony. Its perfectly ok for a Liverpool fan to come here tonight esp. after a defeat but its a bit strange when a Liverpool fans is writing in 5 or 6 threads in a United forum on a night when his team has lost - and then says we are obsessed with Liverpool..

Oh no it wasn't.

It's not perfect irony either, as I'm not discussing United.

If Sterling is as wasteful as he's been all season and we don't give away any penalties or free kicks in dangerous areas we'll be fine. Gerrard offers almost nothing from open play but he's still a big threat from set pieces.

And? Fulham did it more recently. A Fulham side that performed well for their level admittedly, but no worse than this side.

Fulham beat Juventus (not a great side then) 4-1 at Craven Cottage

Typing that just feels all wrong.

It does, doesn't it? As much as they did well, that was a fecking bizarre result.

I watched a full game for Liverpool tonight, and I think it was the best game to asses them - when they're trying their absolute best. They're... really really shite. A very unathletic side, with very average players than don't seem to have any structure or influence on one another except for Stevie G still trying to stay relevant. I mean I knew they were shite this season, but I haven't really watched them until today. It was funny flicking over from the real madrid game, seeing athletic players moving around with the ball with ease, to seeing Liverpool... they looked like a master's league team trying to have a go, quite embarrassing really. Anyway, I hope we smash them

City or Roma, probably. Ajax, Zenit and Olympiakos, too. Liverpool have little chance, really.

Sevilla and Villarreal will both be contenders(Assuming Sevilla make it on Thursday)

Bilbao as well if they continue to improve and recapture last years form(If they Qualify of course!)

Yeah but you commented on a post about you being obsessed with us and our game being the highlight of your year or sthing not the quoted post.

You said that people asking us why we're on here after losing started with my post about you lot singing songs. It didn't. It started with the post that I've quoted above. Good night.

Liverpool are a pale shadow of last years team. Truly remarkable transformation!

Just another opportunity to reboot our season. EL is not meaningless anymore, so might be funny for now but you'll be wishing we get knocked out of that soon enough. It's a back up plan if things domestically don't look great feb/march, and we have a chance to sneak in through the back door.

Your delusions know no bound, isn't it? You lot cannot get out of a group with Basle and Ludogrets in it and yet think you have a fair crack at the EL with the likes of Roma/City, Ajax, Olympiakos, Gala in it?

Currently qualified teams:

Tottenham Hostpur, Besiktas, Red Bull Salzburg, Celtic, Dynamo Moscow, PSV, Inter, Feyenoord, Everton, Napoli, Dynamo Kyiv, Fiorentina, Legia Warsaw, Trabzonspor, Olympiacos, Zenit St Petersburg, Anderlecht and Liverpool.

I can see Mancini taking it seriously for Inter as I don't think they will qualify via the league for champions league.

How come they don't have anyone better than Mignolet is at the moment? I don't think he is bad keeper as he is lately, but on this form our 3rd and 4th choice keepers(Amos or Johnstone) are better than him.

Will they search for a new goalkeeper in January, who is the target?

Aren't they after Valdes? That's what was doing the rounds a month or two back.

OK after that abortion of a qualifying effort : Unlikely Scenario #1

Arsenal win the Champions League
Liverpool win the Europa League

Both finish out side of the top 4. United finish 4th in the PL.
Result : the 4th place team in the premiership loses it's place in the 2015/16 CL

Unlikely? I'd say there's more of a chance of the Pope denouncing Christianity than that happening.

How quickly things have changed in a few short months. :D

I'm glad the Europa League now comes with a CL space, it should be enough of a carrot to deter Rodgers from resting players and I just don't see them winning the thing. I really hope I'm right about that though.

Markovic has to start games. Looked good when he came on and offers us pace and the ability to beat a man. I'd go with a 4-3-3 and have Sterling and Markovic on each flank, have Gerrard play as a striker and go Henderson, Lucas and Coutinho or Lallana in the midfield. If he does not want to do that, then promote Sinclair and give him a chance.
He played in your first cl game against Basel away and he was just awful.

I believe we will finish at least third, on another note your club has embarrassed the Premier league through your pathetic representation this year even if you's were to qualify by some miracle as predicted above there should be some sort of ban imposed for being that shite this campaign.

Who's finishing above United in that scenario?

Let's not go OTT. Wasn't too long ago United failed to get out of a group with Benfica, Basel and Otelul Galati. Liverpool's team is inexperienced and in a tougher group than that one. Liverpool's league form would be much more worrying than their European form if I was a Liverpool fan.

Meh I'm just enjoying their massive fail

Was that the year after we were in the final? Why does other teams failures need to be brought round to what Manchester United have done?
