Lets laugh at Liverpool

Rafa gives an honest interview for once. Wigan had more desire and deserved to win. Implied a lack of character even. When asked what was wrong he said theres too many things!

Not that honest, there's only one reason...

9 games left

Villa have the same points and the same GD and not one, not two, but THREE games in hand.

[Burns voice] excellent

If City win their 2 games in hand (they won't) they'll be 7 points ahead.

Bests bets are on Villa or SPurs I'd say...how perfect would that be???

I think City are the most likely to finish 4th. They're 1 point ahead of Liverpool with two games in hand. Even if they do manage to bottle it, there's still Villa and Spurs.

Liverpool are fecked.

Villa always feck up at the back end of the season. They'll do the same this. Spurs and City will fight it out for 4th and unfortunately I think City will just about nick it.

Liverpool are out of it now as far as I'm concerned.

Doesn't look like Liverpool will be throwing their game against Chelsea, atleast

On LFCtv, a caller is ripping like shreds. Doesn't want Reina or Masch to sign new deals, says the owners should go and says that the club should cash in on Gerrard

What pleases me most about tonight's result is that providing one or more of either City, Spurs or Villa continue to win, we can effectively put the nail in their coffin when we play them on the 21st March at Old Trafford.

Somebody posted this joke on my Twitter..credit to whoever came up with it

Police have made several arrests of scouse terrorists on Merseyside today. Bin Thievin, Bin Steelin, Bin Deelin and Bin Dippin were all caught but there was no sign of Bin Workin

Cash in on Gerrard? They'd have to hope that potential buyers haven't been watching this season!

we had the chance to do the same to their title hopes last year but hopefully we won't be complacent this year

They are a shambles and we are due a win

Also, well done to Nando on an excellent career move

And they could effectively put a nail in our title hopes, making the Chelsea game 2 weeks later a must, must, must win game.

I think it's an all or nothing game for both teams.

Dmitar Berbatov was briefly taken in for questioning but released due to overwhelming lack of evidence.

exactly. They have been raising their game against big teams for the last two years. This time around I was hoping it would work to our benefit because they still play the renties at home and i have a feeling they will win that game.

But with them now 9 points behind villa i have a bad feeling we are going to drop points again them at OT. Rafa has the Indian sign over us in the last few years and Torres vs Vidic is always a worry.

Last night they had a special on liverpool in Australian One HD, i was at the pub at the time grabbing a beer and steak and half watching. It was going through 'cult heroes' i guess. Carraghers highlight reel was a bunch of hacks, fouls and maybe one last ditch effort tackle.

He nearly got a great assist for Wigan tonight
