Forgot about Wilson. A loan to a Championship club where he will play every week will do him good.
 
If we're really loaning out Pereira then I hope we go in for Lemar.
 
I don't think we will, but in an ideal world I wouldn't mind a full back, either a starting left back or competition for right back. That or a right winger who actually stays wide and crosses.
 
We won't...it better not bite us in the arse though over the course of the season.
 
Would be great to see a surprise before the deadline, but the chances are close to none.

We're in for another extremely boring deadline day where the highlights will be Chadli to Swansea and Downing to some Championship club on a free.
 
Nah, we seem to have a good thing going on, even on the wings.

If we are going to sign another player, then I hope that it's a LB. Not sure about who, though..
 
Perisic I reckon.

He'll probably be in the top few players in the league too, PL is such a poor standard nowadays.
 
It's so obvious Bale isn't coming this transfer window.
Media just have to do their job, getting people's attention.
 
I think we're done, have thought so for a while and I'm fine with it. We could certainly do with more quality at LB/RB/RW but they're not pressing needs.
 
Everything in on Sanchez please. The club probably would if we had any sign he would like to join us, so seems it's not possible.

I would like us to buy a winger as i still think we need some more quality options in attack. Even a punt on Mahrez would be welcome from me.

Do i see us buying anyone in the last days of the transfer window? Not really, as Mourinho have a clear idea of the player he needs, which is probably the right strategy to go by, and the players that he want are not available (for the right price at least).

Looks like we've packed it in for the summer. Frankly, I am not convinced by the current squad. We've got a lot of injury prone, inconsistent or below average players. Squad managment is key; Jose should rotate as much as he can inorder to avoid burn out and injuries to key players but I'd have signed atleast a fb if I were Jose tbh.
 
I think now, United need someone like Perisic more than before. He could unlock a new level for the likes of Lukaku & Ibra when he is fit.
 
If we want to win the title, we would still need atleast one of a LB/winger. If we don't, then we are still looking good for a top 4 finish this season.
 
think the ship has sailed on Perisic- Inter wouldn't sell at this stage of the window

strangely Arsenal might decide to let Sanchez go if they think he might be lacking motivation to do well - let's be honest, he walks into that Chile team so it's not like he is fighting for a place - 60 million might tempt them especially if Sanchez expressed a desire to leave

Arsenal should have flogged Sanchez, Ozil and Ox months ago
 
Don't expect United to sign a first team player at this point. Jose looks very content with his squad and I don't expect him to disrupt things by bringing someone in, particularly with Zlatan to come in Jan. You have to trust your players and Jose looks like he trusts all or first teamers now. Personally I think left back is an issue, but all the noises are that Shaw will get a chance, so don't expect anyone to come in even there.
 
Does not look like we will be making any signings.

Still would like improvements at FBs and someone on the right wing could be great as well.

Agree with this. Looks like smalling is very far from being trusted as well so he may leave. Wonder what is going on with lindelof as well.

I'm happy with the first team but i do think we lack quality depth a tad. Our back up options aren't always great. A few injuries could see us exposed a bit.
 
Think we will sign a player. Ed would not want any blame for any Mourinho faliure because of a player he did not sign.
Chelsea/Liverpool/city all seem to be in for a player or two. I think We will be too, do we get the said player depends upon too many things. Perisic is the most likely but i think Lemar rumour might have some legs.

Its just as important to sign the RIGHT player as it is to sign A player before the window shuts.

I know hence is said, it depends upon too many things, for example ed might agree a deal with plan c target and mou rejects cause he thinks he needs a better player. It also might be, united get a call from an agent desperate to flog his player elsewhere and united agree to a deal.Someone from PSG? or Barca? There will be movement from united i have no doubt about that, but does that materialise into signing a player? i do not know.
It is very interesting to note perisic has not yet signed a deal that was offered to him 10 days ago, he will not sign it before the window shuts as he i am sure he hopes to play for us. We know his price and i think we might try one last bid if we cant get our plan A.
 
Yes, but not for the first team I reckon. Someone akin to how TFM was signed.
 
There isn't much chance of a full back unless we plan on selling. Do think the Glazers would finance that when we have Valencia, Darmian, Tuanzebe for the right (let alone allowing TFM to go out on loan). Then Shaw, Rojo, Blind, Young for the left.

It's plenty of cover, just depends whether you think those options are good enough.
 
I think we will, but we may also see a couple go as well, Draxler is a good shout for an attacking option, but for the life of me I don't understand why we are'nt showing an interest in Sanchez.
If we do get someone able to play with some width (4th target) then I could see Ashley Young being released, not sure what will happen to Periera, hopefully no more than a loan, and I can't see where McTominay fits into Jose's plans so he may go as well.
 
I feel like we might have a deadline day deal lined up, but it could just be wishful thinking. We know Jose isn't completely happy with what he's got though, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if we push something over the line.
 
I would love us to get Alexis if only to see reactions on AFTV.

However, can't see any more signings for us.
