That is how a 23 man squad should be. Not full of great players replacing other great injured players in my humble opinion.
Don't really have strong opinion either way. I believe with all positions open there should be far less blocks if we keep going with the triple picks.
It would have been open pool, so you could pick 2 midfielders and a defender if you wanted, but seems most want snake so we'll carry on as planned

tried to change my vote but cant, voted for snake....reckon if we continue with 3 picks there will be more blocks so less quality in squads and thats better.

The pool is pretty much decimated now, there are no GOATs left, players who normally don't get a look in will get selected now.
I'll go with what the majority want. It's easier for me being snake as I don't have to do anything, but if people want to carry on like we have there will be far less blocks with open position pool and drafting would likely be done within a week

Yeah, that would be the upside in theory.
However, luck is clearly a greater factor with 3p. Worst case scenario, you get some managers running away - or falling badly behind. You can't really be fecked over by shit luck in a snake beyond the initial draw, and the latter should be less crucial here given the prelude.
Key point: what follows is a league, not a regular draft. If you feel you're a bit fecked, you probably won't be eager to half-arse it through multiple rounds (as you would in a single knockout match).
Impossible to say for sure, though.
Think most, if not all people have an idea where they wanna go with their team at this stage and will go for "lesser" names, but that will fit the team. It will certainly be much less blocks.
