I think you deserve a break after the results as well probably the reason for hangover.Yeah that and the hangover from election night therapeutic drinking. Its Jayvin's to win isn't it.

yes, sure is, but I don't think he can bring something to the table apart from those 3.Edwards is available too, right?
Wait why not just pick the "Best" pick and go nuts.yes, sure is, but I don't think he can bring something to the table apart from those 3.
McGrath is a great shout in terms that Maradona is still left in the pool, but I was hoping for a different box to be perfectly honest and not a star pick in attack or midfield, that could give me some tactical flexibility depending on the opposition.
I found it strange that you didn't like it to be honest. Personally I love it, cause I can swap either of the three and they won't look out of sorts in terms of creativity, steel, big game players and of course passing range.
Xavi is the best midfielder on the pitch as well and main conductor from deep. I can't possibly find another one with the work rate to boot.
The only option that I'm thinking of breaking that three is putting Charlton on the left with Xavi right and one of Souness/Schuster at holding depending on opposition.
Desailly/Chumpitaz is also pretty complimentary don't want to break that either.
I hear Passarella is undergoing surgery for a new ass-hole
Just pick Best and you have my vote. Best and Dinho on the flanks.

I thought of having Charlton in a LCM position but would clash with Ronnie and wouldn't make sense although I'd love to pick him.I'd agree Charlton is a good option, although I'm not sure it's necessarily at the detriment of those three (a more hard-working option to Dinho?). I wouldn't rate Souness holding, I don't think that's a good use of him at this stage.
If you don't upgrade Chumpito to a Figueroa or Baresi you aren't winning this. That should be your priority if given the chance IMO.
This reminds me of the Decades Draft when @Theon suggested me to pick Matthaus and Garrincha when I had a midfield of Alonso-Rijkaard and a pseudo RW in Gullit but I opted for the pragmatic option and upgraded Zambrotta who was being murdered. I hope you don't regret that anywhere I do mine.Nah I'll take Van der Sar.
Mulled it over for half an hour but can't see me fitting Charlton without clashing with Dinho, and I don't want to bench Eusebio for Best, while I don't have the personnel to play 4-2-4.
And of course I can't bother to have another GK discussion with others having the likes of Yashin and Schmikes.

Yes that's the only reason to pick Best probably but I'd rather improve my team than bring in Best to bench him. It's pretty simple to me: you don't want Skizzannah or Jayvin getting their hands on Best. There's way too many boxes where he can get picked and they add to all those Garrincha can be picked. They are bound to land one or the other now.

Still if I land on a good box next I have the chance to pick certain someone to limit the damage he could do. Schnellinger at left back also helps a lot against say Garrincha.
Damn !! I already lost one ! My fragile team can not afford to lose any more players.Sorry, had to attend to a crying baby halfway through that.
Feeding now.
Basically: all of you will lose an outfield player from the last teamsheet.
You can protect one and only one.

But you have Akinfeev! Don't know why you'd need anyone else when you have the keeper than conceded in 41 consecutive games in CLNah I'll take Van der Sar.
