@antohan and other 'shadowers' probably more interesting if you were to form a team with picks not taken by the person you are shadowing.. so like if MJJ took Best then you can't take him etc.

You wouldn't be seconding that if you were sitting on Rijkaard / Puskas as opposed to RVP / Robben.I think that's fair FWIW. It's still bound to be worse if you fall earlier, but someone getting that box in R14 should still have his better picks being vulnerable.

Let's not start changing every second rule after the thing has begun! We had plenty of time prior to the start and this is not really a serious draft anyway so let's keep whatever has been discussed.
I still would, but I understand why you'd think so
In every draft discussion thread I'm supporting the ideas of making the drafts tougher/stricter/unpredictable, as you can see for yourself, regardless of my status in the said draft.
I hindsight the randomized drop would definitely have been more effective, but at present it's better we stick to this format. At best this would help streamline the balance for anyone who may wish to run this again with different theme/criteria.
