Barter? Why not? I've never seen any concluded though, only knockdown sales to recoup money in auction drafts. Oh wait... wasn't there a highly controversial one once between two semifinalists? Someone rage quit over that I think.

Wasn't I the Raiola behind it all?

That was Polaroid I think.

I thought the meltdown box was for the final match only and was about to have a meltdown of my own... phew

I don't remember that - anyone got a link?

Sssh, we finally got a decent roll.
 You really want one, don't you?

I can see the difficulty you are facing: no British final losers.

Criteria should have been about getting knocked out in the quarters ;)

Why has this game come to a grinding halt?

@Edgar Allan Pillow

I suggest a new rule. Imagine we have the following order.

1. Manager A - Box Galactico not: we are waiting for his pick :boring::boring::boring:
2. Manager B - Box Millineals
3. Manager C - Box USA

Manager B should be allowed to post a player (like Verratti) that Manager A can't pick given its own criteria.

Manager C should be allowed to submit
a player IF manager A and manager B can't pick him. For example, Manager C chooses Beckenbauer.

I'm not sure it would speed up the process but I like my idea :D

Sorry guys. The others were on when I wasn't and vice versa....No real decision made and had lots of avenues to go down, but have made our decision (for this round at least). More the other two's choice than mine but we'll go for Christian Ziege.

@Pat_Mustard has dropped his player so over to @Joga Bonito @mazhar13

No, it's too complicated to work flawlessly - plus we all know that even with the simpler rules there are mistakes in research. To maintain the order with such system and to avoid such mistakes is too difficult

I would have added [PRIORITY MANAGER] to the following list: [Drop], [Sacrificed], [Relax]...

I thought the mistakes occurred in this draft were intentional :nervous:

Great...I get to watch the happy couple discuss how they're going to deploy Beckenbauer et al while I have a (shadow) wank in the corner :( ;).
@Aldo is doing @Skizzo? Is that what happened with you?
Great scenes in jail atm. That's where it's all at right now!

On one side we have @Skizzo now with his happily wed new spouse @Annahnomoss getting all romantic in one corner while his disgruntled ex @Pat_Mustard jealously watches from the other side. While he's still not over the abrupt separation that happened between them he has found himself locked up indefinitely with a hot single student @Aldo and he's not sure if he can resist the urge of rubbing it right in his cheating ex-partner's face by hooking up right in front of him in the same room. He's now in half a mind of using this opportunity of making a move with Aldo which might make Skizzo want him again.

Aldo though himself is no short of choices, while on one side he has the recently divorced Pat trying to use him for his own benefits with Skizzo, he's got the rich old foreign ambassador guy Crappy who's completely loaded with the bennies and can give Aldo whatever he wants. He knows Aldo is a student and the little he had earned so far was cleverly stolen by crappy's henchmen recently so he will have to suck it up.. and take the cash option no matter how hard the emotionally entangled Pat tries to lure him. Pat being the clever 30-something still doesn't hold back despite the competition from uncle crappy and does all he can to make Skizzo believe that he's no longer being missed.

Will Pat let go of himself while playing these tricks and actually fall in love with Aldo?
Will Aldo see through Pat's cunning plan of using him for his own benefits? Or will he make the shrewd decision and quickly ride away into the sunset in an Aston Martin?
Will Uncle crappy's bank balance help him get the services of this single student he was fortunate to meet in this mysterious night out in a jail? is he yet to realise the tremendous danger of getting gangbanged that exists in this scenario?
What is the jailer @Edgar Allan Pillow pillow doing watching all this sexual tension unfold from outside the bars with none of his hands visible to the audience?

Everything will be revealed in the next episode of Cocks in a Lock.

It also doesn't work becauase it provides info. E.g. rolling dice before last pick (which we are doing already) let crappy know everone's boxes for the next turn and which players are more likely to go. He was in a rather restricted pool, but you get the idea.

Or simply: making up your mind over a player because you would love the unavailable and unpicked X or Y at CB, then some impatient junkie picks Y. Can sure affect the decision.

Let's first wait till everyone has learned how to use Ctrl + F, before we go to the next difficulty level. :D

My favourite player from #23 played for his homeclub for 2 decades, retired and then, a few years later played in some exhibition match that later turned out to be an official league game  Which probably rules him out though.
Now that I can say it... that's such a shame... You are in Box 23 as we speak , but I'm in 5 :p
