I think box 13 needs looking at for the next game. At the moment it's just an opportunity to dump un-wanted players and isn't much of a punishment at all really.

Its an interesting choice you are left with. You could hurt some of better rolls/teams or help others.
Or you could go neutral. For instance, I am perfectly happy picking from my box but I would also be perfectly fine picking another box. You could go neutral and re-roll MJJ and myself hoping we get worse boxes but not better boxes.
