Crappy is entitled to make his call for this round. Of course he is, it's crystal clear in the rules and until he made a call the round shouldn't have started. Pnut acted out of turn, that's all.
To be fair I only picked because I thought his powers couldn't be used on me. Go back to the start of the turn if you choose to clear everything up.

TBF that doesn't sound logical tho, if crappy picks the managers before this rounds start and moving them to box 13 in the next one - both managers that will go to box 13 will know in advance and pick some crap players that they will drop either way.
I think it was pretty clear that the person with that prize can make a call in the middle of the round and it comes into effect for the next one? Anyway let's continue with the normal draft @MJJ @VivaJanuzaj and not waste further time.
The surprise round precedes the roll. The using or not of received powers precedes the roll. The only problem here is people wanted to start planning so the roll was done earlier, but that shouldn't change the order of executing the events.
Yeah you are correct. Before the roll we have to know who will crappy put in that box. Otherwise that power is a bit useless to him as if the managers that will land there know in advance. They will pick a poor player and drop him in the next round.

Also @Tuppet wanted a re-roll so he should have the option to choose after the roll is confirmed but before the round started.

These surprise thingies should not be holding up the actual draft - if they are then I'd rather they're not in it. The draft is fun and unpredictable enough as it is, not really that excited about them extras to be honest.
@Tuppet doesn't have a reroll. The Three Stooges do and there's no chance in hell they'll use it in Box 5.
PNut said he wasn't stealing yet. The Stooges don't require waiting (rationally at least) but it's obviously best for crappy to send people to Box 13 as early as possible. In fact, all we needed to know was who.

Both the prizes i.e. taking a player from another's team and sending people to jail could be used anytime whatsoever as far as I understood, which can be before or in the middle of the round. One would come into effect immediately while the other in the next round. EAP was pretty clear in mentioning it and has clarified it twice since. Even if there is a confusion, which I don't think there should be, the mod has had his say so let's just continue with the normal picks.

Same with the re-rolls - the effectiveness of these bonuses is knowing who you're moving, and what you're moving them from. Crappy could easily pick Person X, and in the actual roll for the next round they would have landed there anyway, rendering the bonus redundant. But by EAP's take, once the rolls are done the round has started and the bonus can no longer be used.
