All the other players being shit should be reason enough. You dont pair legendary footballers like best and garrincha with bebes.

No it's not, it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Your pool can't get better as a result of waiting beyond your turn.
Have you ever played board games? Your turn was before his so whatever happened at his can't affect you positively (let alone when you know it in advance to make things run quicker/more efficiently)

I actually did not count the goalkeepers while I was looking for players for that box.
Already picked Casilla. In fairness, the better players clash with the picks he has already made. That's one of the reasons why you may want to resist the temptation to add Garrincha to Best: flexibility. You go for the better combo, don't complain when you can't pick wingers (or fullbacks who don't work well with them).

The flaw consists of allowing people to take longer than 8 hours to complete their turn. It's an allowance to adapt to the conditions here (timezones, sleep, etc.) but it should never artificially create an advantage.
There is no flaw. You have a turn to pick and a pool to pick from. Neither can change just because you wait. Chester's release affects managers in order after him, not before. The risk of waiting doesn't apply here as many boxes are pretty exclusive to one/few.
Everyone else wouldnt have gone with the team I am trying to build.

He has two wingers, a leftback and needs a solid rightback behind Garrincha. Those are his (self-imposed) constraints.
The result is his only options are down the spine and would ruin it for him.

Actually I usually agree with you but in the case of MJJ and myself it does help, I don't have any authority to pick on my own, but if I'm here knowing the criteria before MJJ gets here I'll give him a basic research which is bound to save time when he does login and you wait for a decision.

Imo the criteria is a bit too rough but I think that just goes to prove how naive I was to begin with, as I actually hoped we'll land on this because I thought you can get any 0 Real caps player and was ecstatic. I have to admit that both the Didi and the Essien fiasco is my fault as I suggested both when MJJ was away without reading the rules properly.
