That makes sense, lose one you still have a GOAT. I just found it more thematically amusing than Messi losing Van Basten or Hansen losing himself ;)

looking at the board tho, he'll be available for the next turn as neither of those behind you can pick him, so it's a bit of a moot point.

There's only one obvious way for this to work, which is the same way as if we were actually playing the board game. Rolling all the dice in advance is for efficiency, but the fact is it wouldn't be until @Chesterlestreet's turn that he would get that roll, fall in that box... and Didi would be back in the pool as of then.

And I'm not saying this because in order not to fully shadow VivaMJJ I picked Didí instead of Garrincha, thus already have him, and had to pick some turd with less than 30 Real games (would have been funny if the snake were starting at the other end). The only point of that box seems to have been gift-wrapping Didi for someone and torturing everyone thereafter.

It was a very sensible pick, it's a shit pool and you never know what EAP has up his sleeve. For all you know ADS may have got injured, it wouldn't hurt to have someone of Didí's stature then instead of Dejan Petkovic.
 
BTW, I'm annoyed I had PMd Edgar actually putting my third pick up for grabs on BLACK 35. I'm going to virtually pick one of the players up for grabs.

I never win anything, not even a line on bingo, so it had to be the case that I would win at roulette while being some random shadow manager. feck off.

That's why i gave Annah full control whenever I'm not around. AM's purely as a "sounding board" to bounce ideas off are rather tedious when we sit around having withdrawals waiting to pick.

I do not see that as possible because P-Nut already picked for Round 5. The debate is whether Didi is available at the end of the round OR right after Chester's turn. In no case is Didi available for those of us before Chester imo

You should pretend Chester hasn't even picked yet.

Didi played for more than one club in his career.
 
Well technically he is still in Chester's team right now. He will be dropped when his turn comes, so either he's available for the next manager after him or at the start of next round, in any case not now. I'd say the start of next round sounds fair, as he's dropped in this round.

Dude, in no scenario is the dropped player available at the beginning of the turn, it makes zero sense given that P-Nut has already picked and how this works.

Its also some new suggestion outside of what anto and chester were even talking about.
 
Surely being a monopoly draft it works like the board game so as soon as Chesters turn is up he's back in the pool.
