I've seen people taking piss out of them all over my facebook and came here to ask what the feck is going on?

andre gomes is shocking
Aye. The initial hype surrounding him last season had me watching a few Valencia games (especially as Gaz was their manager) - I never understood the hype. Though obviously Valencia was struggling so I thought it might just be a team thing.

Then I watched him at the euros and he was also fairly non existent.

Celta struggled some games against teams parking the bus trying to counter their direct approach, they still had that weapon, and it still is Barcelona's counter
Yep Barca are playing right into their zone. It's like no lesson has been learned since last year.

1 back Pique.

They're writing a new post: "Last results prove that Barcelona and Madrid have lost their level, dropping points against teams they used to crush. That means EPL enlarges the gap as the top league while La Liga appears to be in regression"

Hahah, exaclty. And even if it is not due (yet), lets give honorable mention to classics, such as the following mentality: "We can't cope with european teams because we play druing boxing days - players are always tired because of that, it is not fair". I think I have heard this excuse plenty of times, except for the legendary 'rainy day at stoke/any-other-shithole'.

:D Wouldn't surprise me, just wait.

Think this is my fault, as soon as I've paid some more attention to it all they started scoring.

Sorry guys. I'm out.

yeah. I agree. I rarely saw anything impressive from him. I was quite happy, when we didn't go for him. I was really surprised when Barca bought him for a shitload of money.

If the top teams win in Spain its because the smaller teams are shit. If they lose, its because the top teams are declining.
In England its the other way around. When top teams lose, its because the league is so "competitive" and strong ("everyone can beat everyone"). Yet when top teams stomp the smaller ones, it is a sign of strength of the big clubs and the league.
