yeah. I agree. I rarely saw anything impressive from him. I was quite happy, when we didn't go for him. I was really surprised when Barca bought him for a shitload of money.
If the top teams win in Spain its because the smaller teams are shit. If they lose, its because the top teams are declining.
In England its the other way around. When top teams lose, its because the league is so "competitive" and strong ("everyone can beat everyone"). Yet when top teams stomp the smaller ones, it is a sign of strength of the big clubs and the league.

you should create a thread for itThis doesn't get discussed enough
I don't get it. 5 minutes added time, but 1 minute killed because of Roncaglia injury and other 40 seconds Guidetti injury.
Game ended at 95:05
what the feck? This doesn't get discussed enough
Similar thing in the United match earlier. Close to a minute of no play after the 90th and the game is called off at 94:06 with 4 minutes added. In CL/EL it's even worse.I don't get it. 5 minutes added time, but 1 minute killed because of Roncaglia injury and other 40 seconds Guidetti injury.

It happens quite often. That league is more competitive than people think. It's not often both Barcelona and Real Madrid drop points in the same round.
Now that you point that out, one must wonder how it all came about. Bizzare stuff.what a jornada. Barca and Bilbao lost, while Real and Villarreal just drew.
Atletico being first and Sevilla 3rd looks nice. Atletico only conceded two goals this season in la liga; they are just indestructible.

Yeah, all pieces of puzzles fell into Sevilla's direction (as well as Atletico's).
Speaking of Atletico - maybe it is about time to put Gameiro as first pen-shooter. He is a specialist from the penalty spot. Although, Diego Alves is a well known expert on penalties as well, his ratio in penalty saves are unreal..But still; time has come to give Gameiro the chance to be the penalty taker.
Oh, sevilla is riding its luck, but I enjoy that very much. So many undeserved points. Still incredible considering that they got a new manager and 11 new players. Sampaoli is making it work.
Diego Alves is just cheating. I'd refuse to take a pen against him. Whats the point? The pen from Griezmann was pretty good, but I agree that Gameiro should take them in the future (or maybe Koke).
Every time I watch Barca play in la liga this season they seem to be a completely different team from the Barca of the last few years. The current team relies very heavily on the individual talents of the big players and just doesn't dominate games like the Barca of a few years back.
It's been like that for the most part since Pep left.
But they did play very well in 2014-2015(2nd half of the season especially) and for a portion of the 2015-2016 season.
They have looked poor this season though. Really odd. Busquets looks off.
Sad day for United fans too. Both their teams drew 1-1Sad day for Barca fans. Both their teams lost today.
Last year their slump was after the international break in March. They did recover from the slump though and went on to hammer quite a few teams in the final 5 games.Agreed. They were completely unplayable for large parts of the 14/15 season where Messi, Suarez and Neymar scored just for the fun of it. Same thing last season but IIRC they had a major slump all of a sudden and never really recovered their previous form after that.
Busquets has been terrible the last few games, don't know what has happened there.
