Yeah I gone off my memory there but I still think its fair to say that leagues have become much more top heavy with goals mostly concentrated in one outlet ( I'm basing that on the increase of 30 + goalscorers, your benzemas , lewys and even the likes of immobile).

Art, like a football club, like anything out there, once it's out in the public sphere, it also belongs to the people. It doesn't matter who owns a club, especially as PSG existed long before the Qataris and it will exist after them as well. With players like Hakimi, Neymar, Messi, Veratti, Wijnaldum (just kidding), Mendes, they have a solid core of players, they just need a coach that knows how to actually manage, and they need the owners to stay the feck out of the team's decisions.
