The only way you leave PSG is if they allow you to.
Yes that's something his agent will have to deal with in the contract.

People are being (unsurprisingly) naive here, eventually the fans pay for it all. If it wasn't for City artificially hiking wages we'd never have had to pay Rooney £250,000 a week.
Mendes, Raiola and all the other sleazeballs are loving this.
I fear Uefa's ineptitude and immorality have been allowed to fester long enough, in terms of a long term business strategy it surely makes sense for clubs like United, Real, Barca and Bayern to form their own Euro league.

I'm telling you I've yet to see PSG being pressured to do something. Mbappe won't be able to either. They have so much money that if a player misbehaves they can afford to bench him until he gets to his senses. Regular clubs don't have this power because they can't absorb such a loss.
I think it's a good move for the player personally. He's only 18 years old and has had just one good season. A move to the PL or La Liga might be too much for him. This way he can continue his development in the same country and move to a better league after 4-5 years.
Maybe they won't, but if in 5 years he does decide he wants to leave then there's nothing they can do about it, pressure or not.
He could have done that by staying at Monaco aswell...

I don't necessarily think he does, but it would be odd to move to PSG at 18 and never venture outside of the French league. I can see him banging them in for 4-5 years and at 22-23 wanting to test himself in a harder league. We'll see, but if Mbappe wants to go to Madrid, he shouldn't go to PSG first. It's an odd move. Madrid want him now anyway.
My god if this deal to psg actually is true and happens, football is gone to a level where I actually kind of don't like it. 400m on two players in a month I know city spend but but at least it 200m on 4 or 5 players. After all the dreaming of getting back into champions league , I am actually not really pushed about it. It's a little tainted now. I always was not with real and Barca antics. But psg are a whole new level. Football is out of touch with normal society.
I think you'll find that horse has already bolted...I know what you mean. We really don't want top level football to become an oil sheikh's plaything.

And Mbappe will have the same issues in a couple of yearsThat's probably what Verratti thought...
Who says they can't?Could we see the biggest european clubs moving away and forming their own competition? If it continues and the likes of United, Real, Barca, Bayern simply can't compete?
I feel like a dick saying it, but I hope he flops at PSG. Hard. I think it would not only be a nice kick in the balls for their owners, but it might just force some common sense upon the transfer market.
Neymar for 222 million euros is one thing, but he is as sure a bet as is possible. Spending 180m euros on a player who has had one good season is absurd, no matter his potential.

For one, it remains to be seen whether PSG can comply with FFP after this. If they do, that would prove that madrid, barcelona, united and bayern at the very least could have pulled it off as well. If they don't, they're likely to be banned from CL in 18/19
$om£thing t£ll$ m£ h£ wa$n't all that
k££n to do that.
This is on 2 premises.
- PSG can't 'trick' UEFA and their FFP rules.
- UEFA is not corrupted.
If any of those two is false, then PSG will likely get away with it.
What are you suggesting?
Yeah. Both of those will be helpful to PSG really. They'll magically acquire some new 'legitimate sources of income' which UEFA will 'investigate' and find to be absolutely fine.
And no amount of lazy reporting will convince them to sell to PSG.
You need to talk to MonacoThat is exactly the same kind of comment which was repeatedly written, by many posters in the Neymar to PSG thread.
PSG are being ruthless in the transfer market. They clearly have the intent and have found a loop hole with regards to financial rules, allowing them to buy very expensive players.
If anybody can get Mbappe, it's PSG.

Al Khelaifi rubbished that rumor, and even if it were true UEFA would still count it against FFPI read some where the 220m Neymar's people paid to Barca to buyout his contract never came from PSGs as accounts. That is came from the 300m deal he struck with Qatar to be their world cup ambassador. Meaning in that case they can easily afford Mbappe....

I'm officially pro Super League. How would it work though?
