Jose will not play with two strikers IMO, so he'd end up shunting Mbappe out wide to accomdate his typical big CF (whether Zlatan or Zlatan's replacement).
Jose just doesn't strike me as the manager to play with two speedy, smaller strikers especially when we don't have the current personnel to play a flat 4 behind them with two quality wingers.

Completely agree! Great player but we have Rashford, which I think would have done just as well or even better if they swap places. I'd rather we sign someone like Icardi who Rashford can play off of.
I think Mbappe is a special case as a player. He really could be a Messi/Ronaldo level talent, and while there are parallels with both Rashford and Martial, the indications are he could be another order of player potentially.

I'd agree with this. If we can bring in Mbappe we should bring him in regardless of who we have. I'd have no worries about him and Rashford. There're plenty of ways that they can play together and consider both will still be very young next season they won't play every match anyway.

It's hard to predict just how good Rashford will become, but my god if we had those 2 upfront together for the next 10 years then it'll be damn exciting.
I'm in the camp that is 'bewitched' by a potential trio of him, Martial and Rashford.
If we could pull it off, I'd try and bring in Llorente too, who wouldn't cost much. Llorente can score goals at this level, and would provide an alternative type of threat as a squad player.

Even though I'm not convinced he's the right signing, Griezmann seems like the player this summer who will cost Pogba money to bring here. This lad isn't like the Martial signing which went below the radar and if most are honest, didn't really know him, this lad is probably the most talk about in world football and therefore will be on everyone's radar. I know there's lots of stuff written that he won't go to PSG, but I think they need to make a statement and this lad would be it....
