Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

Move Amad to RWB problem solved.

Onana
De Ligt Maguire Martinez
Amad Mainoo Ugarte LWB
Kvara Bruno
Højlund
Pretty sure Kvara is a wide left winger. What makes you think he will be a great right-sided #10 in 3-4-3, a formation he doesn't play?

I think he will 99.999% go to PSG and all of this noise about him coming to United is a load of BS speculation

Two footed, brilliant ball carrier and dribbler, good crosser, passer and dribbling hasn’t ever been about pure pace but technical level instead.

I don’t see anything in his game that isn’t at least as good as Amad’s if not better so no reason to believe he can’t operate in a forward position like that too (especially as he also has literally played in a 3-4-2-1 formation at Napoli this season in that SS/No10/Wing position (again it’s a flexible role).

Look into his profile more and you’ll see.

Given PSG's current personnel, I'm thinking Luis Enrique sees him for the CF role. Would be interesting to see how he does

Sad though, that he'd go there...could wait 6 months and possibly have Bayern or Liverpool or Arsenal as a destination....

Arsenal would be a great choice for him, Liverpool I can’t see it personally as they’ll renew Salah and Bayern have enough wide options and emerging players that I can’t see them sanctioning that fee on a player they aren’t desperate for.

Unless Real want a proper LW option ;)

why would Napoli sell their star player middle of the season where they have a chance of winning the league?

Or we could just play with two good dribbling 10's

We do know that PSG tried to get him in the summer. So they had probably been talking his agents for a while before that getting all the background work done on the player side.

They were always likely to come back in for him in 2025, they've probably kept in touch with the agent / player all that time. That stuff usually matters.

It would be foolish of any other interested clubs not to at least ask the question, but seems he's heading to Paris unfortunately.

This is the kind of player that lives up to the words of Busby himself. Stadium filler; bums on seats. Shirt seller. Talisman.

Would be huge here.
Agreed. I thought that when I saw him in the euros. Had Utd cult hero written all over him.

Swap deals are normally impossible to pull off. But would love him here. Hopefully McT can sell Rashford the joys of playing for Napoli.

Seems like the other way round, McT will need to convince Napoli

He'd be great for that left 10 position. Him and Amad would work really well.

But it would probably mean selling Bruno.
He's a significant upgrade on any of our left sided attackers or Bruno. In fact he's just a significant upgrade on any of our attacking players.

Bruno can drop deep playing with Ugarte or Mainoo in the 2 midfield position, but this transfer is really2 unlikely. I would rather have someone like Rayan Cherki as a 10 with Amad

Because he's not actually been as good as what people think. I find myself getting frustrated with him and he also is unable to finish 90 minutes because his stamina is shite. Which is why he would be a poor fit in England.

this would be cool but i don't think it will happen. I have a sneaky feeling Liverpool will not renew Salah and spunk the cash on this lad to replace.

He'd be alot better under Amorim than Conte.

People get frustrated with Bruno too. He's still our best attacker and selling him in the middle of the season would be dumb.

This goes back to his first season where the second half of the season he wasn't as magical because he was being double marked. 1 assist and 0 goals in the last 12 games of his breakout season.

Last season he carried Napoli during their awful season but still lacked that spark. I think he needs a move in general as he or Napoli aren't benefitting from each other anymore.

In contrast to the most commonly held opinion in here, I don’t really see the need for Kvara or any LAM really.

First off, I believe Fernandes is a very intelligent player and a very good choice for LAM. He showcased that against Liverpool. Secondly we have Mount who Amorim rates highly and we have to give him some more time (at least till the end of the year) to see if he overcomes his injuries and becomes an important player for us. Thirdly we have Garnacho who is talented, young (only 20) and still mouldable. Rashford is already surplus.

I think we have far more pressing needs for a LWB or 2, a ST and more CM depth given that Eriksen and Casemiro will have to be replaced. After that, having better competition for Amad than Antony offers at RAM as well as finding a GK to replace Bayindir and challenge Onana should be the next higher priorities for me. Not LAM.

Such as? You also want to ensure there are some players left in the side who can also play as wingers too, just for contingency.

I don’t like the idea of us marrying up with an attack of pure no.10s. A winger like Amad who can play wide and the no.10 role is ideal for me.

No I meant as in both inside 10's being top class dribblers, instead of people continuing to shoehorn Bruno in there. So in this case playing Kvara AND Amad behind a striker

Ahh - I’m with you. Misread it initially. Definitely agreed. I think Fernandes oscillates between the CM and right no.10 spot for the next 18-24 months whilst we hopefully make overall improvements to the side

People still thinking that we can afford/attract these players, never change Cafe, never change!
I see what you’ve done there.

We literally can afford them, whether PSR allows us to is another matter all together

Fabrizio Romano posted an hour ago that Manchester United is not working on a Kvaratskhelia-Rashford swap deal.

You know very well that I was referring to PSR.

I just don't see us beating off the competition for the top players given our current situation.
I honestly didn’t, not being sarcastic, I genuinely didn’t think that

One of my mates is a Napoli fan and says he’s an incredibly talented player, albeit a bit selfish, inconsistent and tires easily.

I reckon it’s one of those transfers which depends entirely on the price. Not one to overpay on.

I’m always cautious not to jump to conclusions because we’ve made a few surprising signings but this is hundred percent a pipe dream

PSG can have him if it is going to make Lee Kang In available to us for £30mil.
