Khvicha Kvaratskhelia

He'd be great for that left 10 position. Him and Amad would work really well.

But it would probably mean selling Bruno.

There is enough games for three 10s, and Bruno can play deeper against a lot of teams.

If anything, we’ve overplayed Bruno. His minutes since he joined United are almost goalkeeper minutes.

100%. We probably need four in the squad considering the (lack of) options we have. It will depend on the future of Garnacho, I think.

Fernandes; Amad; new left sided attacker; Garnacho/another younger versatile attacker

Amad can also play wing back if needed. The only reason I don’t think we ever start him there now is because we simply have no other options to start on the right attacking spot.

Exactly.

Amad can also play RWB. Bruno can also play in CM. We need more top quality players like Kvara.

This is the kind of player that lives up to the words of Busby himself. Stadium filler; bums on seats. Shirt seller. Talisman.

Would be huge here.

One thing I think is quite important is that he’s really valuable in terms of his player profile strengths. We need someone who can play Amorim’s inside forward roles, and the skillset Kvara has suggests he can play it to a tee.

But just as importantly, he also has the capacity to play as a traditional winger should things go awry. In the event that Amorim doesn’t go how we plan and we need to let him go, it’ll be nice to have a squad of quality players who aren’t just system specific players and can play multiple styles.

Whoever we sign needs to definitely be in that suit. We don’t want to be stuck signing another Mount system-baby type player.

How reliable was that report? Would be a dream.

In this case, PSG should have significant competition in England from Manchester United. The departure of Marcus Rashford will push the Mancunians to strengthen offensively. Here too, concrete contacts have already begun in both directions, with the idea of a possible exchange between the two men. For its part, Naples is giving signs of an inflow of fresh money in the coming weeks on the market by showing itself active on certain files, notably that of Cesare Casadei, the 21-year-old Italian midfielder from Chelsea

Been a thought that he’s going to become a central figure eventually anyway. If you watch Georgia, he runs through the middle more than the flanks, but what’s really important is that he shows he isn’t reliant on open space as he operates effortlessly in close quarters; even in an open market he’s top 3 for the role, imo. This is not to mention the amount of space his presence opens up for others. A transformative player.

You’re right though; his eclectic nature means he has a role no matter the system/manager.

PSG the likely destination. They need their heavyweight star after moving on Mbappe, Neymar and Messi in recent years.

I dont see him going to PSG.

Respect to PSG but that ship has stalled.

Working under a rebuild of United and a manager like Amorim is much more exciting and is why we can try get some youngsters in like Yoro especially when he would have quite a good positional fit for the team.

Well, it looks like he is on his way to PSG.

There is no point talking about United when we are not interested in him.
There are way too many things that need to happen before we can be interested in him. Firstly, we need to get rid of Rashford, which is harder than it sounds, then find 80m transfer fee.

There is no way PSG come in for him in the second consecutive transfer windows if the player has not signaled his intention to move.

Possibility of us taking Lee Kang-In from PSG?

Rashford > Napoli
Kvaratskhelia > PSG
Lee Kang-In > United

I remember when Real Madrid were definitely signing Yoro.

INEOS can definitely pull another madness again.

Absolute pipe dream. We couldn't afford his left foot unfortunately. He'd be absolutely amazing though, so that's a huge shame.

Kvara for the price we paid for Antony (or less even), and that in January... Wild. Shame he's going there. Probably opens up Rashford going to Napoli I'd assume to replace him

Move Amad to RWB problem solved.

Onana
De Ligt Maguire Martinez
Amad Mainoo Ugarte LWB
Kvara Bruno
Højlund

Incredibly frustrating that the exact profile of player that could excel here in those 10 positions might be off to PSG.

The sort of deal we should be capable of making but can’t/wont.

One link to PSG and people acting like it’s a done deal, never change Caf, never change
