Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

Yea yea 6 times, funny thing is he's taken his team to more UCL final's than Mourinho has in the last decade, with far worse teams as well.

He's played one final where he's been the favourite, against Wolfsburg, though he lost that.

Those six times banners need not be wasted on his beautiful record in finals.

And still Jose has won more so get over yourself

I hope he enjoys this “I’ve taken my teams to finals” cups more than Mourinho enjoys his actual Champions Leagues :lol::lol:

Not sure what he could’ve done differently re the Salah injury and the goals. Our lack of a plan B after the injury was painfully obvious.

I still think we’re getting better on the pitch with him but he could do with a trophy next season.

His final record is irrelevant to me. He’s nearly always managing the under dog. Sevilla was more disappointing than this.

You looked at the teamsheet and the fact Henderson is their captain and you realise how ordinary this squad is and how well he has done.

They were second best today, even ignoring the errors by a poor goalkeeper, but he has managed to get a lot out of them and if they add Fekir and a couple others as well as Keita then they could be a force going forward. Still, Karius :lol::lol::lol:

Also they are very much a kick and rush long ball team. Like a slightly more refined Ireland under Jack Charlton.

No excuses. His Liverpool team were actually better than Madrid, and even without Salah, it was fairly even.

Let's face it, he's a finals bottler. He will assemble a great team next season too, but I don't think we need to worry much.

2 finals to 1. 0 trophy to 1. Can we count EL too? 3 finals final 0 zero trophies to show.

If counting final loss as achievement Juventus would be up there in top 5 just behind Madrid as most successful tam in European competitions in past 3 decades.

The trouble is Klopp and his Liverpool squad are ridiculously reliant on Salah to deliver the goods. The way the players heads dropped after he went off was very telling.

Madrid dominated for 70 minutes. Once Modric settled that was it. I don't even think Salah would have changed it in the end.

Even with Salah on the pitch they didn't create a single goal scoring opportunity. Yes they looked good and somewhat threatening but ultimately created very little.

Exactly. They could have Suarez, Salah and Coutinho on the pitch and Karius would feck them over, anyway.

This Real side were there for the taking. A good GK and some smart play and Liverpool would be holding that UCL trophy.

Mourinho, despite the Sevilla and Chelsea losses, would have won this I reckon.

He needed to bring Mane to the right hand side.
Marcelo was completely free to do what he wanted after Salah and the press disappeared.

Why couldn't he have come to United and not fecked off to Liverpool. Would love to see him in charge of a proper big team.

United should bring him in as an attacking coach. Just keep him the feck away from the defence and in game management.

I wouldn’t want want my manager wearing a tracksuit to a European final looking like a scruffy fecker. He plays up to the plucky underdog tag way too much.

Ultimately Jurgen you need to be winning trophies with Liverpool.

Surely has to be the most consistent manager in cup finals? 6 in a row is a record isn't it?
