Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

Plopp will continue to struggle at Liverpool whilst FSG are in charge as they won't sign the calibre of player and be able to meet his wage demands the likes of us, City, Chelsea and even Arsenal can. When they DO find a gem like Suarez or more recently Coutinho, they usually sell for profit.
And those players won't come anyway. Liverpool are way down the world rankings of appealing club destinations for the very best.

Digest this from 2nd Jan onwards (not you personally per se, but maybe others):

Sunderland 2-2 Liverpool (D)
Liverpool 0-0 Plymouth (D)
Southampton 1-0 Liverpool (L)
Man Utd 1-1 Liverpool - Yes At Old Trafford!! :wenger: (D)
Plymouth 0-1 Liverpool (W)
Liverpool 2-3 Swansea (L)
Liverpool 0-1 Southampton (L)
Liverpool 1-2 Wolves (L)

That's 8 gmes of pure tumescent shit from us. Unadulterated filth. 8 games where Swansea, Wolves, Southampton went to town on our asses. And the rest had an easy ride, including Plymouth.

And who is there slap bang in the middle of that poor run? Utd. What did they achieve against the likes of Lovren, Can, Trent Arnold and Klavan? The same thing Plymouth did. At the Threatre of Dreams. And you're happy with a point because some fans here will quote "form goes out of the window in these games, blah blah". 8 games of unrecognisable crap we have been wading through.
You parked the bus and came for a draw. The lucky peno played right to your pocket.

When you try to play football you just fail atm. You should keep parking the double decker and try long balls to score.

This thread is for laughing at Klopp. Take your shitty rating's to another thread because nobody cares for them in here.

Piss off.
Jesus thats a bit uncalled for! To be fair most of the Liverpool fans on here are ok and have an opinion like everyone else! Yeah we like to take the mic but they are only posting stats it's not hurting you, just ignore them if you don't like it, there is a button for this! No need for the outright nastiness.

The absoulte balls of this post. After the unadulterated glee from Liverpool fans after our draw at Anfield comes this?
The lack of self awareness is staggering.

I'm not surprised you don't get the significance.

I'm not surprised you don't get the significance.

no. the point is you guys were quite fortunate to get a point. A freak penalty followed by 60 minutes of long balls and parking the bus followed by accusations of the opposition parking the bus. Hardly something that is worth of a great away performance. We had better resistance from Burnley.

The funny thing about all that is you didnt even manage to park the bus successfully.

I'd argue Chelsea have been injury free for the most part.

Terry and Zouma have missed almost the entire season so far and Moses only got a run in the side due to an injury to Ivanovic. It's only because their replacements and the change to a back 3 has worked so well, people think we have been injury free.

We've been pretty lucky in the forward positions though.

Wow, aren't you a saddo. You have 1 like and you wasted a post in the mains forum to type that.

Yes, I couldn't give a feck about bashing my keyboard on a weekend in a forum, so don't feel compelled to conserve posts like they're precious nectar. Registering displeasure at a terrible post, was a very productive use of it in those circumstances.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

It's funny because I really liked him at Dortmund and grudgingly kind of liked him when he started at Liverpool. He was always my first choice to replace SAF; even over Mourinho. It genuinely looks like we dodged a bullet with him. I know no top manager likes losing but he has become so bitter and unlikable.

I got slated for saying this at the beginning of the season but I called this implosion. High intensity pressing is going to Traveller out your players over the course of the season. He got away with it at Dortmund because the opposition is weaker and he had a vastly better group of players.

Klopp isn't in danger of getting sacked but he is going to need 4-5 windows to get in the quality he needs.

Castles is the most blatant WUM on Twitter, it's hilarious

Even Norwood knows it.

He only got away with it at Dortmund for so long. Opponents sussed out how to counter the gegen press eventually. And his team consisted of genuine quality then - not Henderson, Klavan and Milner.

You spent the entire summer telling everyone that Liverpool's squad was great and you had two good players for every position to cover absentees. And anyone who didn't agree didn't understand football or whatever precious nonsense you come out with when someone disagrees with you.

As soon as your squad is exposed as shit you do a complete 180 and pretend this has always been your POV. Clueless and making it up as you go along.
Jesus you really talk a lot of hyperbolic bollocks at times, you invent or exaggerate playing up to your forum acolytes who then swoon at the feet of their 'master'. Yes I did say I thought we had cover in most positions for a squad that had no Euro football (did I ever say two for each - quite obviously I didn't, so find the quote otherwise it proves the bollocks I said you spout at times, and neither, in relation to our squad, did I post that other shite you've made up. Do you write fiction as a profession) ? However I, like most, didn't expect to see so many of our better players out, missing or injured around the same time, and no matter how much you try to talk that down (in your other response) it clearly coincides with our poor run and with 9 games in 30 days.

Why make out you've had some injury crisis when you really haven't. Coutinho has been missing and Mane went to AFCON. If your squad can't cope with that then perhaps Klopp should be sacked after all.

You've had no more issues than anyone else this season.
Why do you persistently say we haven't had an injury / missing player issue when it's been a subject of debate on here for the past two months ? I know why, it simply doesn't suit your rhetoric.

Oh a newbie is having a pop at me ? Ha ha ! Damn that's funny. Really, I had a laugh at that. Well your fellow United fans have spanked your arse for me.

You keep saying that (you're not alone) and yet the Dortmund, Bayern and other German fans on here say it's not true and they made some great posts to illustrate their opinion. You should look them up rather than trotting the same line out from time to time.

Well in the same period of time United have played 8 games and won 5, drawn 2 and lost only 1 (v Hull, which was an overall win on aggregate anyway).

The only reason you had to play an extra game in that period was the Plymouth FA Cup replay which was entirely Klopp's own fault. Your injury list is really not that bad when compared to many other teams and the absence of Mane was always a given so you expect your manager to plan for that too...

Bottom line is that your January results are either a 'blip' or a symptom of a deeper malaise - namely poor squad depth and quality, compounded by poor choices (selection and tactical) by Klopp. You think it's the former and most of the rest of the world suspect it's the latter. The table at end of the season will be the ultimate judge but so far we can definitely say that is the only competition that you are left in

Terry is no longer a starting CB for you and you should be grateful he wasn't available :D So that's one down. Zouma - yeah I can give you that one. Ivanovic was another most Chelsea fans wanted gone in the Summer or at best replacing, he was never going to be a regular starter for you .. however it does show your strength in depth. Chelsea have a simply ridiculous injury-free record over the past few years. Check it out on Physioroom. They have been at, or near the bottom of, the 'match days lost to injury' for the past three seasons. I often bring this up because they must be doing something very right as far as the medical and recovery teams are concerned. '

Bottom line is United have been nearly injury free. Next ......

Nah. I'll add some more because your post is worthy of a proper response.

Did you not see my ratings above ? I gave Klopp Nul Point, Zero, for Wolves. I most certainly am not going easy on him. Some of his team selections and in-game substitutions have been horrible and poorly thought out. In my opinion as a layman of course. He's a fantastic manager - but he's having a terrible time this January. Every manager has these periods I guess.

I'm not too disappointed at being out of the two cups actually. Yes, I'd like to have seen a United vs. Liverpool final, it would make great theatre. And as a selfish fan another match or two is always great. However having only the PL to concentrate on can only be good for our CL slot chances and if we make one of them then Klopp will have achieved what must surely have been our main aim this season.

Think he is a very good manager but this has been coming for months. Liverpool have been overachieving with the players they have. They relied on pressing winning the ball high up the pitch which was good at the start of the season for 2 reasons.
1. They had loads of energy at the start of the season and it is hard to keep it up for a whole season
2. Teams know how they play and just let them have the ball which is now making them look like us under LVG. Loads of possesion f all chances.

Klopp didn't buy that well in the summer as well.

Have you seen our defensive partnership over the last 2 months?
I've seen how Jones has been lauded on here for his improved performances. I've seen Smalling who I've always rated actually. However how many injuries to key or highly rated players have United had this season ? To De Gea, Ibra, Herrera, Mata, Martial, Pogba, Valencia, Rashford, Myki (sp.) - didn't he have one or was he only dropped for poor form ? Only Bailly as far as I remember. You can see my point, I hope.

Just because we have top replacements doesn't mean the players who we have had injured are any less injured. We have fecking Rojo in our starting 11 and the simple fact is Bailly and Smalling were our starting partnership.
Valencia even missed a long stretch during that time with a broken arm.
We do have a good squad but we use that squad to cover for injuries. Anyway Klopp admitted his squad isn't deep enough when he confirmed he tried to sign players this month and failed.

If I was a newbie, it wouldn't say 'full member' in my tagline. I know that alot of actual Liverpool fans are stupid but didn't know the plastic fans from Shanghai are too.

Annoyingly they'll finish top 4 now having to play so few games between now and the end of the season, they'll look brilliant again with all the rest they'll get.

Mkhi was actually injured, he was also injured whilst playing against City which led to a poor performance and further injury.
We've also had Shaw, Smalling, Jones, Fellaini, Valencia, Rooney and Bailly injured.

337 posts. You are a mere babe. And not a very intelligent one it seems - I may live in Shanghai but I'm hardly a plastic being from Liverpool (we are called E X P A T R I A T E S, look it up).

Ah thanks. Well at least three of those are squaddies - you can't fit all of them into your first team without dropping better players ! Which is the point I made re. Liverpool - every one of those I mentioned are first teamers (in a much smaller squad).

Normally that'd be the case but three of those defenders ended up injured at the same time, maybe even 4.
