After reading those comments from Klopp

"I really like United...."

Everything else just blanked out for me.

Play for him the Symphony,
get him back from Germany
Viva Jurgeny, Viva Jurgeny

I've just lumped £100 on Klopp to United on betfair at 25>20/1. I don't expect it to happen, but I'm hoping those quotes inspire some Journalistic muppetry and people start to back it, so I can lay it off.

Still not happening but he would be so perfect for us. We should throw everything at him and see what he says.

I knew something about those tweets was made up. Because they came out like 10 minutes after Moyes got the sack.

What do the tweets say? Can't see them at work.

Klopp on #MUFC rumours: "Everything has been said, very few of it actually by me, but put as if I had said it." (via @Sky_StephanS)

More Klopp: "..to reject something when there is no enquiry, it is rather embarrassing for me as a human being." (via @Sky_StephanS)

More Klopp: "I really like United, but I am still very very happy here, as there are about 1,000 reasons why you can work here really well."

Yes. Yes yes yes. Make the enquiry.

I don't even think that this guy even translated all of Klopp's comments. Just went on the orginial source and there are a few more tweets (in German of course) than what has been posted on here. Maybe the other points don't mean much I think there's bit more from Klopp.

Maybe this is why we are still waiting with the appointment. Surely if we want Van Gaal we could just name him as Moyes' successor and be done with it? Or we could just wait for Ancelotti or Mourinho. There has to be something with this waiting. But that's offtopic.

C'mon Klopp think about us United fans! we've had a bad season, we don't need you teasing us with even the vaguest slight interest in the job.

Nah, there's no point in rushing into another appointment. There's four games left of the season so it could be up to a month before we hear news of who will be our next manager.

I told my Wife the other day that if we got Klopp it would be one of the happiest days in my life. She wasn't impressed for some reason.

Objectively I think we shouldn't read anything into those comments really, all he's saying is he's been misquoted and he's very happy at Dortmund...

And yet I still can't help getting excited by it

I basically saw, in my hazy tunnel vision, "I can't have said no when they haven't asked."

Meaning come and get me!
