No.
Firstly, that type of player works well in a 4-4-2 paired with a great goal scorer, or in 4-3-3 with prodigious wingers (like Firminho when he was paired with Salah and Mane). Bergkamp played in a 4-4-2 as a support striker to Ian Wright at first and Henry afterwards. So he was the foil to superior, world-class goal scorers. Who are these superior goal scorers that we’d have to fall back on, if we have an underwhelming goal scorer at #9?
Secondly, Felix isn’t that type of player. Bergkamp had 87 goals and 94 assists in 315 Premier League appearances. That is more assists than goals and a goal contribution every second game (0.57 GAs per game). Now Felix's stats are poor overall but still, they are heavily skewed towards goals over assists. He has 23 goals and 13 assists in 93 La Liga games. That suggests he’s not particularly great at setting up goals and linking attacks, like Bergkamp was. So he’s not a Bergkamp-type player by the look of things, not at the moment anyway.
