Slimeball of a pass.
His next move will be slashing the price of his JLingz brand aftershave for the 10th time, which I imagine is now about as marketable as raw sewage.
I wouldn’t start him over any of the attacking players we have and that includes the likes of Amad, Elanga and Mejbri. He isn’t signing a new contract so why give him a chance when he is going to leave for free anyway. That time should go to a younger player so that player can develop.Despite his mistake yesterday, Still think he's a good player to have in the squad.

Hope he plays in the next game vs WHU. Needs to get the mistake out of his system and deserves to play ahead of many other fan favourites
He definitely doesn't. He's had the most chances out of anyone at the club.Hope he plays in the next game vs WHU. Needs to get the mistake out of his system and deserves to play ahead of many other fan favourites
Phil Jones still plays for us. Actually, 'plays' might be the wrong choice of words. He's had the most chances out of anyone at the club.

Sancho- Greenwood-Ronaldo will be our front 3 is my guess. With Bruno- Pogba- Fred behind. Couple of changes for the Carabao with him more likely to appear thenHope he plays against West Ham and redeems himself.
took my response from me!Phil Jones still plays for us. Actually, 'plays' might be the wrong choice of words.
That's it criticise the pass not the passer.
I imagine he will want his contract to have a minimum number of minutes if he is to stay
What exactly do you expect Ole to say about one of his players?Ole confirmed that he wants Lingard to stay. Now you got your answer why Lingard decided to reject WH.
Bloody hell, this denial is insane now. This is not about what he said or not; this is confirmation by manager himself that he (manager) wants that Lingard to stay. What exactly do you expect Ole to say about one of his players?
He cant call him a prat and tell him to sod off can he .
I know exactly what the manager said .Once again he's asked in a presser about Lingard, what DO YOU expect him to say?Bloody hell, this denial is insane now. This is not about what he said or not; this is confirmation by manager himself that he (manager) wants that Lingard to stay.
Big question here was are Ole's words during pre season about Lingard just diplomatic or true. Well, there were true. He is the one who wants Lingard to stay (and by that to get new contract). And that was the reason why Lingard refused WH. This is basic logic, ffs.
I think that we are talking about two different things. Ha ha.I know exactly what the manager said .Once again he's asked in a presser about Lingard, what DO YOU expect him to say?
'Yeah, Jesse made a mistake but he'll bounce back, he's focused and working hard. We're relaxed about his contract situation, we'll see what happens'.I know exactly what the manager said .Once again he's asked in a presser about Lingard, what DO YOU expect him to say?
Because the past has proven that to be that case? That´s why he left on loan to West Ham? What an idiotic, absolutely no sense comment. Lingard looks to be in the form of his life and sure he´ll get game time.Dont worry he will get minutes no matter what form he is in
Of course he should sign, but not on stupid wages that makes him unsellable. There will be plenty of buyers if he fails to get playing time at United. For the people who dislike Lingard, what would make you happier, him signing a contract extension or him rejecting one? We're going to assume time machines don't exist and he can't move to West Ham last month.
I kinda think he'll get pelters for signing ("no ambition, bleeding the club dry to sit on the bench") and also shit for refusing ("running down his contract, taking the piss").

I would he delighted to see him leave even if its on a free, hell, I'd pay his contract out and boot him out now.For the people who dislike Lingard, what would make you happier, him signing a contract extension or him rejecting one?
