Not impressed by this prospect at all, very erratic player. Would be ar better off with Alderweireld than Boateng I think.

But it was reported earlier we were willing to offer up to 40m while they wanted 50m.
But now Bild+ is reporting that Bayern want 50m while we offered 25m.
So the asked price hasn't changed, it's what we're willing to offer is the difference between both report.
Anyway he's far from the ideal CB for the Premier League currently so won't lose any sleep over not signing him.
According to SSN he's our last option.

I get the point with his injuries but the
rating of him seems to be very different in England and Germany. To even compare him with Smalling makes everybody laugh over here.
To get him and save some money for an attacking player would be the best option. But I know, at least time is against us...

He's aerially dominant, quick enough, very strong and very good on the ball. It's questionable whether his legs have gone, but otherwise I can't think of a profile of CB more suited to the premier league.
That was Boateng from the past. Not sure he's still the same anymore.
I've not seen a lot of him recently, so I'm not the best placed to say whether his level has dropped or not. However, many Bayern fans still rate him very highly.
No, we’ve lodged a £22.3m bid for him. Bayern say they want double that which is £44.6m. Sounds about right to be fair.
