Was that his goodbye goal?![]()
thanks for everything Hernandez. You won't find a striker like him, always giving his all, content to be back up and just sit on the bench and wait to be called upon as long as he does get chances, and not whine about it all the time. Love the guy, but he just can't stay on as 3rd or 4th choice when he'd start for most other teams around.
Moyes has killed his love for the club, probably his biggest crime of all. He is definitely gone, and something I am going to hate to see. All the best if he does choose to leave, and no one would begrudge him doing so.
Not really. Signing Van Persie killed his future at the club, it has little to do with Moyes.
But yeah - started 4 out of 32 league games this season, not surprised he wants out.
I said killed his love, not his future.
I'd argue that and Welbeck being homegrown. Not really. Signing Van Persie killed his future at the club, it has little to do with Moyes.

He linked up play really well when he came on.
Yeah. Looks like he is gone at the end of the season. A pity. I liked the fella.
@OnlyTwoDaSilvas I disagree with your post, man. I thought he was sharp and neat when he had the ball even before his goal.
He's probably still fond of the club (that's what I'll tell myself anyway...) but he realises he'll have to leave to in order to advance his career. That celebration says a lot I think about the state of the club. He's obviously fallen out of love with it.
More evidence in his brief cameo today that Chicharito just isn't at the level a David Moyes footballer should be...
Not playing is quite obviously why he wants to leave.

Where did I say that isn't the case?
He played plenty last year and looked happy enough so not sure how you come to that conclusion.Jesus Christ. You said it was Moyes' fault that he wants to leave. No it isn't - it was Ferguson who signed Van Persie and the second that happened his days here were numbered.

Outside the cups Hernandez has played trash minutes this season. When we're down 3-0 and there's no point, last 3 minutes to make time, 10 minute cameo. Before the last two matches he probably didn't play at all for like two months. I certainly don't remember him being subbed in with 30 minutes to go.I said he killed his love for the club because he didn't celebrate whatsoever, the first time I have ever seen him do that. Hernandez has played almost as many games this season as he did last, and with still 7 games to go, but last season he would celebrate every goal as if it had won us the league. van Persie has been out half of this season for feck's sake; he hasn't kept Hernandez out at all. Yet Moyes has chosen not to play him when he has had many a good game linking up with Rooney up front, and on record has had better games with him than van Persie has. Yes, leaving one of RvP and Rooney out when they are both fit is unthinkable, but when one is injured then surely a player who has scored 20 in one season for us and offers something different in the box should be utilised more?

He played enough to keep him happy which you seem to be ignoring. He started 9 games in the league last year. Before we signed Van Persie it was twice as many.

This is the biggest shame imo. That celebration says a lot I think about the state of the club. He's obviously fallen out of love with it.
