I'd let him go there again if Forrest go up, saw a nice comment from a Forrest fan on Reddit:What a fantastic loan this has been. He’s really developing into a fine player and playing in front of a packed City ground every other week will be an amazing experience! Forest are really on a roll now and I can see them pipping Bournemouth for an automatic spot!
Hate falling in love with Loan players. Him and Spence will be dearly missed
Honestly, the way they're playing and the way Bournemouth are playing it's not out of the question for them to get 2nd. We should be all over Spence, absolute quality player in the making. He's playing well as are a lot of the young players in that team - Spence, Kienan Davies, Brennan Johnson etc. The real standout is Steve Cooper - he did well with Swansea and has now turned Forest into the second best side in the league. Would love to see Forest promoted and for him to keep most of the players and see what he does against PL opposition.
I just had to come back and check and, yes, some random guy on Twitter tweeted my post you quoted nearly word for wordFair enough.
About Galbraith?I just had to come back and check and, yes, some random guy on Twitter tweeted my post you quoted nearly word for word
Yeah, the whole Galbraith, Garner, "De Jong" role stuff we were talking about, mate. Just surprised me!About Galbraith?
As long as the random poster is reputable mate then give yourself a pat on the back.Yeah, the whole Galbraith, Garner, "De Jong" role stuff we were talking about, mate. Just surprised me!
They’re 8 points behind Bournemouth with 8 games to go and have to play Fulham, Bournemouth and Luton away. Bournemouth have a tough run in also, but Forest jumping them at this point would take a hell of an effort. What a fantastic loan this has been. Any time I've watched him for Forest, he's never once looked out of place physically. The one critique I'd have of his game is that he isn't involved as consistently as I'd like, might be to do with tactics but it's something I've picked up on fairly regularly. How has he developed physically? Not gonna lie he looks a bit feeble.
Great to hear about the physical part as it's a must in the premier league, hopefully we'll give him a run in the first team to develop him further.Any time I've watched him for Forest, he's never once looked out of place physically. For sure, he's super talented, can't wait to see him get a proper chance with the 1st team.Great to hear about the physical part as it's a must in the premier league, hopefully we'll give him a run in the first team to develop him further.
Another assist and he's MOTM according to whoscored.
He's obviously a valuable player now. Let's see what the club intends to do with him.
Don't know how good Garner is. Wasn't impressed from the few times I saw him in the first team but good to know he's developing nicely. Mjebri is hailed as a huge talent of course. Would be great to see players like this given a squad role next season. Only thing is that Fred, Matic and Mctominay themselves are squad player material (Fred can be starter probably in the right setting). We have several waiting for the call, Garner, Galbraith, Hannibal …
If the new guy is really ETH, it will be a very exciting future to look forward to.
Matic definitely will leave. Garner is really talented. He survives the physical championship and excels.Don't know how good Garner is. We minimum need CDM and CM of starter quality with requisite attributes like press resistance and ability on the ball with good engine , for all the good form of Fred this season we can't have him as our starting midfielder next season he is simply is not good enough . Release Matic and sell Mctominay if possible and promote Mjebri he could be understudy to Fernandes or could be part of midfield three if we go in that direction . If Mctominay is sold then keep Garner otherwise Send him loan to Pl team .Don't know how good Garner is. How does he compare to Hannibal?
Thanks, good to know. Hopefully he'll impress even further.V different players.
Hannibal is more of a Grealish type of player.
Huge game against Luton taking place. Forest on a winning run, shooting up that table. Would be quite an incredible achievement if they managed to get promoted. Hopefully they'll at least stay in the playoff positions.
I don't know much about Garner but he has me really excited.
It feels like the proper quality deep lying playmaker tend to only really come from alot of clubs youth systems because the chances of letting go of a quality one is quite low.
I think that's largely because he's their best player and they want him further up the pitch. He seems to have been taking on more of a box to box role lately.

Prob his worst game for them in a long while. Thought today he was very static and not really showing for the ball. Although Luton were proper shithouse FC with their time wasting and just general shithouseryThey lost 1-0. Bit unlucky as had a goal wrongly ruled out for offside. Garner was tidy but not great.
Obviously they watch every game but I have to say I've always been impressed with his positioning and tackling when I've seen him play.Forest fan told me that he's not that good defensively when I asked him if his future is to be a DM. He didn't think his talent is to play in holding midfield. That's why he plays further up the pitch.
