Honestly it's probably some social media manager who retweeted something positive with Sancho's name attached without really thinking about it, or reading the whole tweet.
keep your common sense away from the transfer forum thank you!
ITS ON!!!

Hypothetically if Dortmund made it clear that they were not selling him this summer but would be open to a transfer next summer then which viewpoint would you be closer to:
a) We should wait a year for Sancho. He's the perfect player for our team and I'm okay with one more year of Lingard/Mata on the right.
b) Have to move on to another target. There's other good right wingers out there and I can't take another year of no attacks from the right.
He clearly has potential, but he's still very raw. Not sure if he's worth 100m.
He is clearly worth the punt.
He could be a superstar. Real crowd pleaser.
When's the last time we had one of them?
He's not going to cost 150m.Are you not saying he’ll cost about £150m?
That’s not how you define a punt.
Martial was playing under a manager that didn't suit him and something just wasn't clicking between them. Different manager can draw different qualities from players. It's not like Rashford was showing any type of development under Mourinho. He had a mostly decent first year with Mourinho. A standout game last season against Liverpool but really didn't play much in the 2nd half of the season. Then first half of this season was in and out constantly. Ole comes in, puts his faith in him and Rashford rewards it. Martial was playing well before his injury, but the injuries have been the biggest problem for him under Ole. People over reacting and jumping to conclusions because he had one bad game where he was half fit against Wolves now. Classic with people wanting to always jump on his back though.
Anyway, he's been a more regular goalscorer this season than his previous years. He always creates plenty of chances and that part of his game is always developing. Just been unfortunate with injuries.
"Excuses" Ffs. So what would you say for Pogba? He stalled and just was average for 2.5 years but suddenly developed with Ole? The manager being a fecking idiot has nothing to do with any of them stalling right?
Guess we'll say the same or Herrera failing to ever make the step up under Mourinho (despite winning the POTS in his first year, and then being dropped down to a rotation player). Or another great example of Mourinho's management, constant fecking about with Shaw. Are we going to credit Mourinho's "hard management" for Shaw, Pogba, Rashford, Herrera and everyone else now actually showing they are quality players the second he left? Or is it a case of Mourinho was the reason for so many of them to be struggling for any sort of consistency.
Yes Martial failed to push on after his first season. Saying it's some bs excuses is fecking laughable though. The shit that happened between basically summer 2017 to December 2018 is all a write off IMO. Nobody should look at any of the shit between those dates in terms of player performance/development/lack of development because it was one big cluster feck under a manager who doesn't have a clue on how to develop even the most promising young players.
Salah showed development in Italy to an extent but was still inconsistent. He also showed development after he left Mourinho. De Bruyne showed development in Germany when he was away from Mourinho. Lukaku showed development in his game when he left Chelsea to get regular first team football instead of just being a rotation option. Rashford has suddenly showed development now that he's a key player. Martial was playing very well for Mourinho before we bought Sanchez, then got dropped in 2 seconds. Then he eventually worked his way back in this season and scored in like 5 or 6 games in a row and funnily enough was probably the reason Mourinho stayed an extra month or so. And then Ole took over and he was again playing well, but has been interrupted with injuries, and now had a bad couple of performances coming back from injuries. Hardly a shock. Crazy to claim on the back of that, that now he suddenly isn't developing at all.
All that to try defend a player who has not developed in 3 years. It’s always someone elses fault when it comes to Martial.
This is the Sancho thread
He's not going to cost 150m.
But whatever we buy him for - it's not a ''punt"
You could clearly see Rashford’s striking technique improving. Just off that alone you are wrong.
Dont ever compare Pogba to Martial. Pogba has been way better and its not even close.
Ehm... we have at least one right now.He could be a superstar. Real crowd pleaser.
When's the last time we had one of them?
He's good but not 100mil good - £80mil plus add ons should do the trick
Who cares what he costs? It's not my money.
Really hope we spend a large wedge on young English players this Summer. Sancho, Rice and Wan-Bissaka. Sorted in those position for a decade.

It matters because we don't have unlimited funds and we still have other positions to invest in.
Very unlucky not to get the goal, seems like Raheem took all the luck today. Good composure on the ball, doesn't rush decisions especially when there's no passing option. Really good signs for an 18 year old.
Don't think Rice is good enough. Not yet anyways. Would be very happy with Sancho and Wan-Bissaka.
As a matter of fact?OGS rates him high.
