The Germans seem to be just as bemused about the England lineup choices as anyone

Good to see the rest of the world getting acquainted with the genius known as Southgate, the brilliant mind responsible for less shots on target through 2 games than the powerhouse known as North Macedonia...

I know its a dig at Southgate but I honestly do think they have the best attack in Europe. They just need to be allowed to.

They could be but maybe under another manager who doesn't stick with 2 holding mids against toothless sides.

Zero reason why Foden and Grealish can't play together especially when chasing goals but that's too forward thinking for the dull and conservative tactician at the helm...

PSV winger who they signed from Spurs youth team. Think he’s played at every level for England at youth. He’s still inbetween first XI and squad player at PSV though so I’d be surprised if he’s the direct replacement for Sancho.

I think RVN coached him a bit when he first arrived at PSV reserve team

Yes often prices for players who aren't playing and have limited time left on their contacts rises dramatically. Makes absolute sense.
I’m seeing calls for him to start now, which there was none of pre tournament. Surely this is not beyond you?

Some absolutely astonishing mental gymnastics going on for you to make out his price is rising whilst he isn't playing.

Even ignoring the fact Dortmund have had it set for a fecking year.

Buzzinggg!!! Sancho is in the bag. At least we will appreciate him unlike Southgate at England. There’s no chance he will come to us injured aswell as he isn’t getting any game time. We’re about to sign one of the most exciting creative wingers in Europe!

Hope tweets from Fjörtoft are banned after this is done. Attention seeking cnut.

He is insufferable at interviews aswell, get the feeling that Ole doesn't like him.

A lot of the negative opinions on Sancho is purely down to barely watching him properly, so I don't blame them. They'll see what he's all about next season.
It’s the same muppets who will complain about how uncreative we are and how we desperately need a creative forward.

It really is incredible. Southgate himself said it before how the Bundesliga is a lower standard so it really wouldn't surprise me if he completely ignores Sancho's play because of it. Bellingham as well. Shame for England, won't matter once we get him though. They can continue to misuse him but he'll be starring for us soon

We feel a little more purposeful in the market already this summer. Hopefully we can get this wrapped up in the next week or so and move onto other targets. If/when we get Sancho it'll be a big statement of intent and hopefully players like Varane will take notice.

Yeah defo seems more urgency this summer but I can’t quite decide if that’s down to the restructuring behind the scenes with Murtough and co or if it’s just the Glazers wanting to appease the fans by giving us some new shiny toys after the whole ESL backlash. Maybe a bit of both.

Come on just accept it Dortmund, its clear Southgate won't play him in Euros and his stocks won't go up any higher, so its right time/price to sell him.

Offer is €78m + €9m add ons.

edit: correction: That was for our first offer.
