You think a deal of this magnitude could be completed between the time it was announced we made our first bid to now? This deal was agreed last summer actually. The deal was done last season in principle and the finer details to be sorted out now like over how many years and bonus if we win the CL etc.

I personally don't have an issue with dividends. If I own a company that makes €800m a year, I expect to take dividends. The issue is our CAPEX.
