This saga ran its course even the big day brigade doesn't seem to have their hearts in it anymore.

I’m not sure I’ve ever read a more objectively incorrect post than this. Well done.

Those that watched him intently this season after he got over the mental slump, would you say he matched his own level of the season before once he was playing well again? Did he show any improvements in his game or add anything to his already sizeable arsenal?

First time looking at this thread, I see the usual in the know rubbish is still going strong

What ever happened to the reddit thread?

What ever happened to the reddit thread?

That subreddit, /r/muppetiers, disappeared for a few months. Tail between the legs because they fecked up and got incorrect literally every single thing that was ever posted there. fecking book loads of absolute nonsense posted. Complete and total horseshit from start to finish.

It's such an odd psychological experiment because you still have people posting there. You still have people paying a subscription. To read what has unequivocally been complete and total wank up to this point.

Its genuinely mind boggling.

It's back baby.

Doubt he'll even get many minutes in the Euro's.

Those ITK muppet guys are back on Reddit. Pure and utter spoofers and if it’s like last summer you can probably still pay them for the made up news but earlier.

“United are really interested in Varane”
I suppose it’s as valid as horoscopes or other such things people are happy to waste their cash on.

It’s absolute garbage

I can see this rumbling on and on and then us yet again failing to agree a price with Dortmund. It'll be too much cash for the Woodwards to stomach no doubt. I'm not even sure he is the best option. We need a CDM and CB as a priority. Then RW, the 3 positions ideally. But when do we ever address all of our failings in one (or even any) transfer window? He is a lot of money and Bundesliga players have flopped here before. I think this is a risky deal. There must be better more affordable RW options out there. Why can't we be a bit more savvy and find someone with potential and spend less. Well I guess part of the problem is that we need serious improvements now. The conveyor belt has failed. Our squad planning has been inadequate for many years, we should have an experienced but ageing RW in the squad, which would allow us to bring in potential to learn from then and gradually take over. But because right wing has been neglected for many seasons, going way back, we don't have that luxury, so we have to sign expensive players. I'd personally look at cheaper options tbh. But it's not my money so if we get him happy days, but I still feel it's a risky signing as Bundesliga performance doesn't always translate to Premier league. Only Sancho having been in the PL before gives me a bit more hope. Could be another Mkhitarytan or Kagawa but with a far bigger fee though.

Oh god not those again, they got barely anything right last summer.

May 27th 'ITK Axel' Allegri is fully expected to go to Real Madrid. Man down already.

That’s like Stevie Wonder entering the Louvre and proceeding to criticise the ascetics of everything.

But he could give a critique of the acoustics that was beyond the imagination of the vast majority of people.

Can't believe people actually paid  these guys would have loved clubcall on teletext. I always thought it was weird that United were set to sign a new global superstar every single day - and I was in primary school.

Today is Sancho Day. Tomorrow is Rice Day. Then it's Varane Day. Followed by Trippier Day. Big 4 days ahead everyone. Fasten those seatbelts.

Am I the only one who’s become numb to this following last summer? the transfer hype has died down completely.

I can tell you: He made huge improvements! You will not believe if you followed him closely during the last years. There are two main aspects which are related to each other. His behave defensively has improved tremendously; he is working backwards better than ever. In the meantime his attitude is fantastic for such a young player. There were several games he was totally exhausted, because he worked so hard for the team. In many impotant matches he was already a real leader - with only 21 ! And for me it seems that he was playing a little bit more as a teamplayer compared to last year.
There are many fans in Dortmund forums who will keep Sancho instead of Haaland if there is a chance for!

Nope. I'm going to assume that we will get Heaton and then no other signings. That way anything will seem like a bonus, even some 39 year old CB signed on deadline day.

Sometimes I have the impression that he’s a bit lazy, maybe just because it’s often mentioned here. Do you have stats regarding workrate, distance made etc? I couldn’t find anything useful.
