Internationals September (World Cup Qualifiers)

Jota is trash. Will be annoying when he somehow flukes his way to 20+ goals for Pool.

Nice to see that Bruno is apparently playing well.

Actually been quite a productive international break for Utd players so far, everyone is doing pretty well it feels like.

Goals for Ronaldo, Martial Maguire and Lingard too.

Bruno has been so good this game - clear MOTOM for me, he better not be knackered by the weekend.

De Ligt and Malacia dropped for De Vrij and Blind. Gakpo injured, Bergwijn in.

Nothing is being decided today. There's still another 4 games after tonight's games. Norway still have to go to Turkey and Holland.

Any way you look at it, Norway have the worst chances of finishing first.
They have the 2 toughest fixtures left, while both Turkey and Holland only have Norway at home as a difficult match left.
Holland are unlikely to give away an 8 goal difference lead, while Turkey is up a point on either.

Norway has to win in Holland and in Turkey or win one, and hope the team they didn't beat drops points in the "easier" matches.

Wasn't Kante on the bench last game as well? What's up with everyone's favorite blue?

I heard Marital was decent last game. I hope he builds on it and comes back more confident (and useful).

Ankle injury bothering him.

Oh... i thought it was just one left.
Makes sense, since we never qualify, even with Ødegaard and Håland, that there were some more hurdles

If Haaland doesn't fill his boots tonight against these farmers then he should retire.

The Netherlands are really blessed to have gifted midfielders such as - checks notes - Davy Klaassen. Is he just having the 15 minutes of his life or did he make a few steps in his development at Ajax?

Think he's better than Donny van de Beek. Has his limitations but a very good and mature player in and around the box.

Not gonna lie, Turkey are truly atrocious.

It was still two brilliant moments from him, no matter the level of opposition.

Yes, hard working.. mature.. perhaps a leader.. that's how I remember him from Bremen, but fairly straight forward on the ball, nothing like the two beautiful moments he had today.

Griezmann with a proper video game goal that.
