India's tour of England

Why the fecking feck are we spreading the field with the new ball to fecking Jadeja.

England have had it, the same problems we've had dating back to the start of the ashes in Australia. The bowlers keep getting themselves in good positions with a glimpse of a good performance, then shoddy bowling and shoddy field placements costs England way too many runs and leaves them with no chance. It's been a long long time since England took 20 wickets in a match for an acceptable total.

The batsmen will naturally collapse chasing 300 odd.

Nice little passage at the end for us.

Our bowling has been uncharacteristically alright this series which inevitably means we'll feck it up in the last innings.

Thats a fair description.

You've won already, this England team isn't chasing over 250. For all the stuff about the collapses we continously had, I'd be interested to see the average score teams have been on when we've had them 5 down, then the average score the opposition has gone on to get, that won't make pretty reading. The bowlers shit out time and time again. A loser mentality in every facet of the game at the moment, at least the very worst England teams of the the 90's were genuinely just bad, rather than continuously bottling good positions like this lot.

I said 2-1 to India before the start of the series, but i'm going to have to revise that to 2-0. This team under current captaincy will not take 20 wickets for a total they can get. Though frankly I think the continuous letting tail enders dominate the game goes far beyond Cook.

His batting's been completely senseless as ever, but it's worked like a charm.

Screw it, I can't stand to watch another minute of this team till big changes are made. A horrific side to watch. All that's left in this match is watching them go at a run rate of 1.2 an over chasing 350 before being all out sometimes tomorrow for 160.

He plays the short ball really well and his defense is decent when bowled into him. If he sorted out his shot selection, he could be a pretty good batsman for us.

Why is Anderson bowling short and wide? Just bowl line and length and be patient.

I'll say it again, Bhuvi Kumar is a better test batsmen than Dhoni.
I felt the same way about Harbhajan.

These guys leave the ball better than Dhoni does.

Dhoni doesn't leave the ball, the ball leaves Dhoni.

He could become what Yuvraj/Raina should have been. Raina might get another chance though, he seems to have improved against the short ball.

 Unbelievable

We should just drop Binny and play Ashwin. Kumar, Ashwin and Jadeja in the lower order is pretty handy with bat and ball.

 He's playing like I play in Don Bradman Cricket, attack every single ball.

That game any good?

Cricket games have been a serious let down generally. After a while becomes a 6 off every ball.

I'd love a Be a Player career mode

It's quite good and the gameplay is a bit challenging, specially the batting. Career mode is ace.

That lower order may even outscore the top order a fair number of times.

that ball at 95.4 is a cracking ball from Plunkett and really well played.

Why is Bhuvaneshwar Kumar so good at batting?

ok.. just checked. First class batting average of 30.. damn.
